Got a quick answer to a question regarding identity verification.

The service of the company is globally good, the help chatbot and emails are quite reactive which is reasuring. The only things are that as a foreigner, it was a bit harder to do the payement. The convertion sek to euro is a bit off which made that I was always 100sek under the desired amount from blocket. As no reminder of the already sent amount is ever provided, I always had to contact the customer service to know what amount was missing which was a bit anoying...

I had an overall great experience with Qasa. I found a new home in less than a month, and after some trouble with my deposit their assistance have been very reactive and clear with the next steps to follow. My problem have been fixed in a few hours :)

If you are verified user, you can simply find place for living. Publishing verified profile can speed up process to find your place for living and also Landlords are more wiling to communicate. Support team is very helpful, everything is transparent on the website. Online sign of lease, you can read the terms and conditions before sign and many more.

I rented two of my second-hand apartments through blocket.bostad. The platform is very reliable if you sign a contract and make all the payments, incl. deposit payment, through the platform. The platform charges some minor fees, but it’s worth it, as in return you receive a good level of safety.
Unfortunately, some landlords suggest to establish direct agreement outside of the platform, but in such a case all the guarantees are lost. Just stay at the platform for any communication and payments and you will be safe.

Great platform! I’ve been using it for over a year now and have been paying for my apartment without any issues. Once, I accidentally paid twice, and they automatically counted it towards the next month. Everything is very clear and transparent. Got very good support and discussion about what I have to do to solve the problem I have.

The workers make a big mass with my payment (I paid as usual) and they cancel my contract. I pay exactly what I needed I paid on time and because their mistake I was the one who punished.

Getting the accomodation through the web was great. The problem was that I had payed for a room for the whole month of August, and when I arrived on the 28th of August, this was occupied. After trying to fix this problem several times by contacting Qasa, I've had no solution to this problem.

Like that they have calling and cahtting on whatsapp services and respond so quickly. Could be easier for all if there is a checklist of items landlord should check.

Too much risk for scams, people openly ask for payment outside the website, I report and see the same ad remain online for months, probably nothing is done.
