I wish I had checked the website here first. Fully agree with the claim of a fraudulent and deceptive criminal outfit. Use at your peril. They charge you money to tell you to go to some other site, where you will still have to register and likely pay for service too. So stay away from these criminals and be safe. There are sites where one can find actual rentals and get in contact with the landlords. Bostadshub is NOT one of these sites. Avoid this site.

Difficult to rent a room on this platform
I have been trying to rent a place for my son. After my subscription and taking my money i cannot even go as far as contacting the landlord because it sends me to another site which does not work. It is really frustrating because i have been trying for weeks.

Tried to close the premium account but now they charged me 299 kr because the trial period (3 days) expired. My ad has not even been published since it's still "under approval". Don't pay money for crappy websites like this. The e-mail "info-at_bostadshub.se" is not even working.

They have now confirmed that they are not charging me 299 kr. It should be made clearer that it's free for landlords to put up their house on the website. However, still after 3 weeks my listing has still not been approved

Such a betraying and scammy webplatform which promises you an apartment but connects you to the same companies that you might be already member of/have a queue. They charge quite heavy amount every month 299sek which is ridiculous. They say access to 184857 appartments? Such a ridiculous scam!
They connect you to the same queue system. I paid 9sek and after few days they deducted 200sek from my account. I immediately contacted customer service that I don't want it but they said we can not refund you. Be careful!

Careful with the fine print, it costs 299 kr per month!
You think you're spending 9kr for three days use, but they will later charge you for 299 kr per month without sending even ONE email for registration, activation or receipt of monthly payment. Yes, the 299 kr per month is stated in the Service Agreement and written in fine print in the purchasing form, but it's clear that they hope you will not notice it and the forget about it.

Bostadshub is a scam website, that uses dark UX patterns to rob people of their money
I went on Bostadshub to look for contact details to an existing listing, the website clearly states that you can use the site for 3 days for 9kr. But fails to mention that if you don't cancel your subscription (also not possible in the web dashboard, the ask you 3 times to cancel the subscription and on the 3rd try they have non-functional javascript code that blocks the unsubscribe from happening).
They are not following GDPR rules, and they are genuinely robbing people of their money. A while ago it was 349kr a month, now they changed that to 299kr a month.
This is an absolute scam website. Don't use it, they only scrape data from public open sources, and hide contact details and make you pay for that, and then make it impossible for you to cancel the subscription.
I've filed charges with ARN and will file a police complaint if they are not giving me my money back and remove the malicious code from their website and start following GDPR rules.
Update: Bostadshub is claiming they have tried to contact me, this is a lie, they have not answered half of my questions in the email correspondence we've had. And when I told them I'd go to ARN and report them to Stripe Anti-Fraud division, they simply did not care to respond.
This is a scam company ran by a parent company, that operating a dussen+ of these websites. I'm in the process of getting public scrutiny through journalism to look into the way these businesses are run. I'm hoping this will shine a light on how easy it is for scammers to operate these days.
I'll continue to update this review with links and sources for all my claims.

Like it says when you register it costs 9 kr the first three days as an intro. Then, if you don't cancel it, it costs 299 kr per month. You can read about it when you sign up, in the terms and conditions you check the box for and in your welcome email.

They have been charging 299kr monthly!
They have been charging 299kr from my account from the past 10 months and obviously without my knowledge. I simply only logged on their webpage ONCE, because if you don't put your information you cant see their adds. So that was enough to have 3.000kr taken from my account. It's a trap!
(as you can see they are aware of that, since they only choose the 5 stars ratings here to be answered and totally ignore the claims)
