HomeQ is absolutely genuine.

Listing of the apartments are great with lots of different choices!

It was quite difficult to find an apartment, even with a high number of queue points. Some apartments didn’t respond at all, while for others, no offer was sent.

I also took the HomeQ+ subscription, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel that I received any real benefit from it. The only responses I received were for apartments with higher rents, and I ended up losing all my queue points on them. In hindsight, I could have potentially gotten similar apartments with far fewer queue points.

Even after having accumulated queue points for five years, I didn’t feel that I received much benefit from them, which was quite disappointing.

The customer service provided by the apartment management was not very good.

Overall good. The only issue is sometimes the timing is bit off between when we show interest to know when viewing happens. Wish there is more time and rough timeline from the ad being announced to interest to viewing.

I have been looking for a rental property in the Lulea area through HomeQ and have faced rejection on nearly 10 applications. Although all my documents were properly submitted and complete, I have yet to receive any clear reason for these refusals. The responses I get are usually just that "the landlord makes the choice," which feels dismissive and unhelpful. This lack of clarity and support has put me in a very challenging position. As a renter, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency regarding why applications are declined and to have a fairer, more open process. I strongly encourage HomeQ to improve communication and provide better assistance to applicants.
