Fantastic food. My boy loves it and waits patiently whilst I prepare it for him. The different options means he has variety too. Have recently recommended to a friend. 5*!

Ordering and delivery is very quick. Millie is still a bit picky but as long as the chicken topper is on it then she eats it all!

Excellent product and good communication

I wasn't convinced when the food arrived as I thought it was going to be a sloppy mess and my dogs wouldn't like it due to texture and that they'd need a 'crunch' to their meals.
When making it up, I was right, way too much water for my pugs food and very dry for my Doodle.
I also thought it was quite expensive and my Doodle had some dietary confinements so when my second order was due
I called the helpline to cancel.
I spoke to a lovely, very helpful lady who explained I was using the wrong scoops for the water (even though this is clearly labeled when it arrived, I just didn't read it properly-oops).
She also offered me an alternative food to help with the dietary needs, once again, this is something I missed during the order process.
Even so, I was quite adamant that I was leaving but once again she asked me a few questions, like do your dogs actually like the food, to which I could only answer YES, because they really do appear to like it. After asking what my budget was, she fiddled around with the price for me and I was shocked at how helpful and kind the lady was, that i stayed. She also sent me an email outlining everything we spoke about, which was very helpful.
I've stuck with the food and once I gave the correct scoop for water/food everything was much better.
Dogs enjoy it and aren't looking around for something else, which they were with our previous food, it's a bit messy but my oug has barely any teeth so that's understandable, poops are great- which was important for me as who wants to pick up a sloppy poo and Customer Service was outstanding.

Fussy cockapoo loves this always excited when making it. Wont use anything else. Only issues i’ve found is there is no app to easily manage you’re account you have to go through web browser and login into account every time but thats small price too pay when my pooch love it! Keep up the great work team pure 👍

I have a French bulldog with allergies and a very sensitive stomach. Pure pet food has been a god send. My fussy dog absolutely loves it and she is thriving. It’s quick and convenient yet so much healthier than kibble. Next best thing to home cooked meals.

Hela our GSD absolutely loves her Pure food. The quality is excellent, the customer service is second to none and the cost is very reasonable.

At the beginning I decided to try pure as both of my dogs were eating I was a little sceptical at the start as one of my dogs Yorkie was a fussy eater. The other Cloughdy would eat anything, but neither of them would touch the food. Both dogs are now eating the food but I am still adding a little extra meat and in the water I put some oxo cube. Yorkie and Cloughdy both like extra water with their dinner. Yorkie likes the balls of food when it is dryer but he wants hand feeding so I stopped that as I didn't want another issue. Yorkie has stopped itching already but Cloughdy is still licking her paws, I am hoping this will soon stop.
Today was the first day they both came into the kitchen when I took the bags out of the cupboard so I can honestly say that I believe they will be staying with the product next week we are going to try the duck, I can't remember the last time I had duck for tea lol. It is defiantly worth a try your dogs will love you for it.
What the company do that I also like is the fantastic email/online/phone support that I have received since starting Pure and has continued throughout.

We have fed both of our dogs this food since they were pups, we transitioned from the raw food diet they started on (Border Collie and German Shepherd) and they have loved it, they are food driven before and if anything, it's made their desire to eat greater.

Deliveries have all been when mentioned, aside from 1 which was a day late (Amazon pick up at fault), however, Pure pet then credited the account to get some treats for next time.

Honestly we can't complain, the service so far has been great, we feed them on salmon, duck and game.

The food is of good quality and is easy to make up, with either hot water or cold water. We have two English Bulldogs around age 5. We’ve found however the recipes that have chickpeas or big chunks of carrot in our dogs both have a hard time to digest and end up spitting up throughout the day with them. Mainly in the chicken recipes. We’ve swapped the chicken recipe out for other flavours and it seems to have worked.
The only other issue we’ve had is with the courier of the deliveries. With Amazon courier, the order was being delivered a day too late from what we wanted, having us down the shops to buy fish, veggies to feed the dogs. We’ve had this twice now, so we spoke with Pure Pet and they’ve changed the courier for our deliveries to DPD, which so far they’ve been on time.

I’m astounded !! After 1 delivery the very first delivery of this food I contacted pure and advised my dog does not like will not eat this food - I asked for NO more food to be sent - they sent salmon oil to help my dog eat this horrid food - again I sent an email my dog will not eat this food do not send anymore -my dog is dying and yet I have still received an order confirmation of twice the amount of money I paid for the very first order -taken out of my bank without an order for dog food my dog will not eat- £80.99 for dog food my dog will not eat and is dying. I have again emailed again asked for no more food and a refund for this horrid bitty food that my dog will not eat !!! Not impressed from start to finish and will not recommend

We have a rescue English bull terrier, he was underweight with a dull coat, he has come on leaps and bounds he is the perfect weight and has a shine on his coat that everyone admires , I had tried raw before but this is better easy to keep, simple to prepare and he always finishes his bowl

Highly recommend. My dog is fussy, he loves pure pet food and his bowels are perfect since being on this food!

Great quality and so convenient!
Sasha is doing well on this Pure diet and really enjoys it.
Packaging is recyclable.
All pros no cons.
