Sorry to say that we are very disappointed,we got taken in with the hype.
The first three days the dog ate their food but did not seem to be kean and had terrible breath,then the following day they left most of it
Must admit the smell of the fish meal stinks.
So we go back to raw food.
Full explanation as to the likely problem from Jess
and I suspect the problem is after some years of raw meat they dont want a change.
I think dogs fed on tinned and biscuit type food would do very well on Pure.

The food is something my dog enjoys and seems to provide a healthy diet.
The only down side is that the food seems to have changed a little over time with less noticeable veg and fruit in the mix. Not quite sure the quality is as it once seemed to be.
Delivery is always on time and it’s convenient!

What is price? ingredients? No idea, neither do customer services.
Information regarding content of food scarce,
Trapped in cycle of entering endless details and signing up to subscription just to get basic information.
I called customer services to get a basic price per kilo and breakdown of quality, this could not be given, told to complete details on website, when I advised I have >10 dogs and want to establish if this is viable or not for me, it was like being on a robotic loop.
NO price given, no options for bulk buy, (3.7kg for a pack of giant dogs not viable) no ingredient details, I am advised this is "Taylor made for each individual dog". This may suit your average one-dog pet owner, but I know it is rubbish. Couldn't get sensible answer, I will avoid and pay a company more transparent with their products.

To clarify, all of our recipes have full ingredient lists available to view on our website before checkout. As our plans are tailored to each individual dog, the exact price depends on factors such as their weight, age, activity level and feeding requirements, which is why we ask for these details before generating a personalised plan and price.
We appreciate that your circumstances are different with more than 10 dogs, and that our standard subscription model may not have been the most suitable way to assess whether Pure would work for you. I wouldn’t use any other dog food!
I can’t believe the difference Pure has made to my dogs health. He used to lick his paws a lot and get a lot of wax build up in his ears but since switching to Pure that’s all cleared up. My dog still runs to his Pure bowl of food twice a day, even after a couple of years, I wouldn’t use any other dog food!

My dog wouldn't eat this dog food. It doesn't look appealing and smells awful. She spat it out. I cancelled the subscription. I wrote a negative review on their site and it was removed and now I have been blocked. My advice... Don't believe everything you read!

I’ve been using Pure for over a year now and Neo absolutely loves it. He still gets excited at mealtimes and always clears his bowl. It’s really convenient, easy to prepare, and the deliveries have been reliable. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend Pure to other dog owners.

Great food for dogs with health issues.
Careful process of filling in your dogs' details, including health issues, (mine has pancreatitis) and matching up the perfect diet for him. Very reasonably priced and great quality. Toby was a fussy eater and now we have no problems whatsoever. His pancreatitis is also managed because of the tailored diet suggested. Great company.
