Response to our and dogs needs, delivery and quality. We prefer not to engage in the quizes, but the food ticks all boxes, particularly as we spend much time away in our caravan for which it is very convenient

I have felt supported in changing Lily to her new diet and she loves it. The website is easy to use. Lily looks forward to her meals and is very well satisfied, her anal gland problem is improved and her eyes are cleaner. The suggestions you make are very helpful and I have followed them. It is so easy to use and rehydrates easily. Great if travelling. She loves it if I make her quenelles just for an extra treat! Delivery service is reliable and flexible. We are very pleased with Pure.

We changed to pure after a friend recommended it, it's brilliant, poppy will actually eat it and most times a clean bowl.
We still leave out kibble as a top up of she's hungry but she rarely needs it as the pure gang seem to of got her meal size well worked out.

My dog seems to like the food even though he can be a little fussy. He’s not been eating as much in the hot weather so I cancelled next month’s supply which was very easy to do. Generally, his gut health has improved greatly, he suffers with IBS but since using Pure Pet Food he hasn’t had any tummy issues at all.

The problem we have is that the recommended quantities seem to be totally wrong for our greyhounds. 6 scoops a day each was recommended and they were obviously losing weight. We incresed to 7 scoops and finally 7 very heaped scoops. But both dogs have lost 2Kg since we started this food. If we increase to 8 or more scoops a day it will become very expensive.

The dogs are slowly lost interested in the food I have purchased. The green peas in the product are not digested as they comes out as a whole pea. I think it should be mashed up better for the dogs to digest.

If King George could write reviews, he'd probably give Pure Pet Food 10 stars and demand a royal warrant! The moment I open a packet, I have the undivided attention of His Majesty, complete with happy dances and a wagging tail that could power a small wind turbine. Every bowl is licked so clean you'd think it had already been through the dishwasher. I love knowing he's enjoying fresh, high-quality food that's good for him, and he clearly agrees—he's one very happy (and very spoiled) king. Pure Pet Food has definitely earned a permanent place on his royal menu!

Excellent food that has helped our dogs very sensitive stomach. Fantastic, flexible customer service when dealing direct and a brilliant on line facility that makes ordering and managing deliveries easy.

I am in the initial whirlwind of puppy fostering which comes with several issues like transitioning food, upset stomachs, not knowing weight, etc.

I wrote to the customer service team letting them know my problems, how I still had the majority of the food from my last order, but also that the weight initially given to me by the charity was wrong so that the measurements were all off and asked if they could help me. The team immediately cancelled and refunded my next delivery so I could catch up, and went into my profile and changed the weights so future deliveries would be correct, and also advised how to continue with my current order.

This sort of proactive and intelligent response is exactly what saves the back and forth I experience with other companies. Thank you so much for your help!

The food is tailored to your dogs needs. The measures are easy to use. Bags resealable. Healthy and nutritious ingredients. My dog is so fussy and does not like dog food in general, we have tried so many. She loves this and we couldn’t be happier.

40% off your first order. But you only get enough food for 2weeks on your initial order. So I do not believe that is value for money and also misleading when signing up to the subscription.
I can say my dog has enjoyed the food, however it smells awful. Upon ordering I put that my dog has smelly breath and tear stains. I was led to believe this was tailored to my dog and would include items in the tailor made food to combat these issues. My dogs breath and tears stains have got worse not better. I’ve been using the food now for 3 weeks.
I’m glad I delayed the next order and unless you can convince me this order was actually tailor made for my dog and not just a mass produced batch you send out to all your first order customers.

Bertie has always had a sensitive tummy since using Pure we have noticed a massive difference.

Also when I have wanted to delay the delivery it is not a problem just notify the company and they will do exactly that.

I must admit I was a little bit hesitant at first as Molly is extremely fussy however we have persevered with her food and now she just loves it. She has even tried some of the other flavours. She has lost weight, licking less and generally seems happier in herself. Her bowel movements have been much better. Highly recommend Pure.

She wasn't sure for first few days. But after about a week of perseverance, she now loves it and cleans her bowl every time. Easy to mix and no weighty bags to carry!

Sales person was excellent and spent a lot of time ensuring my dog was getting the correct plan. Delivery is excellent and the quality of the food is very good. But the most important thins is that Dylan absolutely loves his new food and the variety of flavours available,
