Never sent item, charged credit card, no response to emails, f rating on better business bureau.

Just bought this product so no reviews yey about effectiveness. Have read many reviews that comment on their service. I received my order three days after placing my order. So, no problem there. More to come...

Went through a whole bottle, used daily. NO CHANGE, NO results. Scam.

ABSOLUTE 100% RIPOFF COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

They use a carrier called "Better Trucks," which delivered the package nowhere near my apartment. They took a picture, which proved it wasn't near my apartment.

I provided this evidence to Purely White, and they said it's my problem, and they would not offer a refund or send a replacement (either would have been fine).

They told me to contact the carrier, and if I could provide additional evidence, they might review it again.

Are you kidding me? Seriously? I love supporting and using non-Amazon companies, but this one is a total ripoff.

This product does not work at all. Returns and refunds are impossible, despite their claims. I just threw my money out the window. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This product does not work! What a waste of money! I am on my second jar and I barely see any difference in the color of my teeth. This company was rated number one tooth whitener but apparently it was sponsored so the results were not valid. Do not buy this!!

If I could give a zero star I would. Do not order from them. They claim their shipping company can’t find my home although all of my other mail arrives. Then when you request a refund they refuse because it was ordered during a flash sale even though they offer money back guarantee. Scammers.

Besides it being messy, it doesn't do anything. I bought both simply white and the simply white purple one. I have been using for a few weeks and I see no change at all.

No customer service. I contacted them twice and no response.

I placed an order off their website and after a couple days I sent an email asking if I could cancel my order because I found the same product on Amazon for a lower price, free shipping and next day delivery. The response I received was they don’t refund payments from promotional offers. After waiting a week with no notification of the product being shipped I asked again to cancel my order and refund my payment and was given the same response. After over two weeks with no delivery and no notification of the item shipping I again asked to cancel my order and refund my money and it’s now four days since I sent the email and no response. I guess it’s my fault for not doing any research on this company before placing the order.

Used as directed for one container. Absolutely no results. $38 for a very small container. Too expensive. Ineffective.

It did not make my teeth whiter. This is a scam. I called within two weeks time to get my money back. They refused to give me my money back stating that I had ordered under a sale and so there’s no refund. The price was $29! It distinctly said that you had 30 days to request a refund. Don’t waste your time. They are a fraud!

I order one jar and received 3 and charged $85.58! Can’t get a response, can’t log online to site! WTH I want my money back!

I would give it zero stars if I could!! The ad stated it wasn’t sold anywhere but on there site, even, stating it’s not sold on Amazon. Guess what they lied!!!!!!!! It’s sold on Amazon, Target and various other stores cheaper. I contacted them less than 15 mins asking to cancel my order and of course they respond the next day saying no refunds or exchanges on flash orders. The product is going in the trash just like the company is trash!!!!

First and foremost the company website clearly states a money back guarantee. However, when reaching out to them, they claim that during their flash sale, they don't guarantee anything. That isn't what the website stated unless they hid it in small lettering like the scammers they are.. Secondly, BEWARE cause the news website which showed this as a regular article, didn't show this as an advertisement, which it certainly was. It wasn't an article with a real view, rather it WAS an actual advertisement but never stated so. Thirdly, the product actually doesn't work, so don't waste your money on this.

I purchased a "Flash sale" special (3) which was a mistake. I should have purchased only one to test. After using the product for only two times my teeth became extremely sensitive. I had two unopened boxes so I thought I would return them. Oh, no! Not possible because all sales are final on the flash deals. They obviously only want money because nothing on their website is regular price so returning is not an option. What a scam!

Ordered the Purely White Deluxe and received a message that it was delivered. Checked our cameras and the pic was not our front walkway. Contacted the company and advised the issue. They told me I would need to contact the delivery service (Jitsu). I asked if Icould get a refund and was advised no, as I purchased the product on sale. I requested the delivery company's contact and the delivery number. Sent an email to the company asking where my delivery was and never heard back. I would classify this as a scam. Their customer service could care less. Since when can a legitimate company not be able to track their product. RUN!

I would rate them a minus 100 if I could. This is a SCAM.
I ordered the tooth whiening powder on June 12th. They said the product had shipped and left a tracking # for delivery. When you try to track it, it says UNDELIVERABLE. I tried to cancel several times and the email says you can't cancel and no returns as it's a sale item. tHERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would be afraid to use this product if it were delivered

Wish I would have read the reviews first. After using the product 4x per week for 3 weeks I noticed no difference. When I had ordered it said 100% guaranteed. I sent an email to them asking for a refund with before and after pictures and did not hear back until I sent a second email. They don't advise their refund policy when ordering but it is ridiculous that I was told I bought it on sale and did not qualify for a refund. A crappy product and even worse refund policy! Crest 18 strength strips are far better! Zero stars if it was an option!

The advertisement said that this product can be used on crowns and veneers, however the box says that the Purely White powder is for natural teeth only. When I tried to contact Customer Service to ask if I could safely use it, there was no response...TWICE...No response on whether I could get a refund either. Not to mention that I was also charged significantly more than the price on the website. Super Frustrated!!!
