Disgusting
I wouldn’t wish this company on anyone, i placed an order on the 3rd of Nov, was told that delivery would take place w/c 7th Nov. That came and went. Delivery was scheduled 29th Nov after I repeatedly chased them. Nobody showed up. Nobody told me. Delivery was then scheduled for the 1st of Dec. Nobody showed up and again nobody showed up. I finally got confirmation that delivery would take place 3rd of Dec.
At this point, I started a PayPal dispute as the service provided by Pierce was appalling - no apologies for my inconvenience, no ownership and quite frankly I had no faith the couriers would show.
On finding out that I had started a PayPal dispute, Pierce proceeded to argue with me, berate me and tell me that it was nothing to do with him. It was the delivery drivers.
When you hire a company to provide a service for your company, their mess ups are your mess ups.
The least that they could have done was apologise but no, they decided to argue which is unbelievable.
When the delivery driver appeared, he went to the wrong address and was really rude about it.
Pierce has proceeded to harass me all night long about dropping the PayPal dispute, to me this shows this isn’t the first time his customers have had an issue with him. I have had to block him from contacting me, yet he thinks I’m being highly unfair to him.
I literally cannot believe how appalling and ugly this company is. It’s embarrassing and I regret ever finding them.
