Tried twice to do online purchase with Beddings Direct but card declined..
Called Beddings Direct to pay by phone and spoke with Moysin but card declined..
Called NatWest Bank who advised not possible to pay using NatWest card as Beddings Direct do not meet their standards..
Re called Beddings Direct and spoke to Sul and explained and he said he would get Moysin but hung up on me..
After being let down at the last minute, I needed black table cloths for a funeral the following morning.
A phone call to Direct Beddings was answered promptly but an inventory seach showed none in stock.
I was informed that some were on the way and I would be contacted if they arrived that day.
I received a phone call at 10:30 telling me that the stock had arrived and I could pick them up and pay by card at the premises.
I was given directions and even met at the loading dock to complete my purchase.
The table clothes were as expected and I would certainly use Bedding Direct again.

We ordered grey bathmats and got white. When tried to contact the customer service, they didn't reply to messages and didn't even pick up the calls. After a couple of days they replied back and refused to accept their mistake.
With all the due respect, is this how you run a business?
