Pushy, rude and abusive.
Placed and order and paid the deposit. Followed up on several occasions and Lee ignored my calls and messages until I advised I would be pursuing the matter. After 4 weeks lee contacted me to advise he still doesn't have a delivery date.
Furthermore he sent abusive messages over text regarding my review! Avoid at all costs!
I made a substantial order of new blinds for my 4 bedroom house in November 2020 and paid over £655 in advance (50% of the cost) for blind production. As of the end of June 2021 - there has been no delivery of the blinds and minimal communication from the business owner. I have chased him three times in the last 3 months asking where my order is and when it will be delivered and installed. I have grave concerns that I will never see my order. I have asked for refund and received no response.
