We had reconfigured our garden, and not made a very good job of moving the ProtectaPet fencing we already had installed. Warren came along and made a lovely job of it, I am very happy the work.

From contacting Craig initially to a completed job took no time at all.
All we wanted was a catio area on the patio so I’m sure they have had far bigger jobs than ours. That being said, all questions were answered and nothing seemed to much trouble. A big shout out for Craig at the end of the phone and the two friendly and very professional fitters Phil and Tom B.

Great Service
The two chaps who installed were fantastic, great workmanship and extremely professional.
They had forgotten the ledges/shelves there was no dispute about it and they returned to install them.

Highly recommend this system
The whole process was excellent.
They offered good advice for my requirements. The installation was very efficient, two helpful and considerate gentleman. It gives me the confidence to let my cats enjoy the garden but safe from escaping onto the road or other hazards.

Great Service, Great Product, Awkward Cat
From start to finish all our touch points with Jacqui were actioned in a timely and very efficient manner, we were kept informed at all times and practical advice was given where needed, and timescales were met in all instances.
A special mention to our fitter Martin who had to work in the most horrendous rain to get the job done.
Now for the slight downside it seems we have one of those cats for which the mesh barrier is not fully effective so we had to go a stage further and electrify the barrier. Now we have Maine Coons (a large heavy cat breed) and they seem to find it easier to use the mesh itself to hang from and then claw their way over the edge to freedom. So just something to be aware of!
Martin did an excellent job and the barrier looks very neat and after a while it fades into the foreground so you don't really notice it.

What a lovely company!
What a lovely company! It was straightforward from start to finish. The people were very understanding of my needs and Aaron was great at getting it all planned and the installers were lovely too. It was so refreshing hearing them say what a lovely company it is to work for and they worked so hard. They got to mine at about 9 and didn't leave till just after 7. If you're thinking about using Protectapet you will be glad you did. The most important thing is at least I know all 7 of my cats are safe.

The items came within a few days we thought it would be difficult to put up but it was quite easy and it works. We have four cats including two maine coons and they have not tried to climb it.

Great team & knowledge at Protectapet
A very friendly & helpful team at ProtectaPet. Designed & installed a solution in my slightly awkward back garden to keep my 8 cats (including one trouble maker) safe. It means I can relax & not have to worry about where they are. Any issues were dealt with speedily & effectively. Very happy with the outcome.

Is was a mess stat to finish
What they said and what they made my garden look like was a mess and the workman he was lovely but the work was not up to standard is was all uneven around the perimeter and he saved on the brackets and just stretched the nett with cable ties and left gaps and said my cat will not able to jump that high and that is why he done that. Ther was gonna be a little pen area so my cat can stay out all hours when it pleased to but the messed that up too I did get a call back from the someone higher up saying the clip I sent them of the work was not up to there standard and I was correct in pointing where they need to fix it but as I was going around showing and explaining it, I could see what I missed in not showing them in the first place and asked if I can have it taken away and with out any fuss the workman came back and ripped the nett off the fence and left staples half out half in the wood and was not happy taking it down. The end got holes in the walls and some plugs are hanging out and no body called to ask was everything as u wanted so I would say ask them to send u the map and how the end product is gonna look like and the material the gonna use and the mesh where they are gonna use it and not mix the materials up like they did for me. Hope this help someone looking to get this company to make ur garden cat Friendly.

cat fence barrier
The cat fence barrier I had installed is the best thing i have bought for my 3 rescued cats to keep them safe. From getting a quote to having it installed by one of your engineers the service has been excellent from start to finish.
