Prospa have expanded their product range again to embrace small to medium fixed loan time and date and amount contexts.

On this occasion, I was successful in obtaining a smallish loan of $15,000 over three years that suits my business needs precisely.

I am a previous customer some 3 or so years ago.

I earn from 200-350k per year depending on client base. I am moving premises and needed a small 10k top up that would be paid off within 2 months or less. Due to late payments last couple of months (less than 24 hours though once I saw the notification) as I have had a very heavy workload and was late transferring money to that account. Even though I have borrowed from Prospa several times over the past 4 years and paid all loans out in ample time, there was no loyalty to my loyalty as a customer, simply kept getting told I didn’t meet the criteria. Refusal to even look at my bank statements to show my current earnings and capability to pay it back on time as I have with all of my other loans. I recently returned from Madrid visiting my son who plays professional football over there so don’t earn while I am away and this move notification came just over 24 hours of returning to Australia. Really disgusted in the lack of loyalty from Prospa given how much interest you would have received from me over the years. Won’t forget this. Glad to have submitted my final payment and will never be coming back after this. Plenty of other lenders out there who value loyalty and are able to provide individualised support and not based judgements on past issues you’ve had (Zoe - account manager) with providing cashflow loans. My record clearly shows I rarely have had cash flow issues!!! If ever. Thanks for being absent when I need you most!!!
