We have requested a final figure to clear the loan, and instead, they have delayed matters and continued to add undue late fees. Adding an extra 10K to our loan and all we want to do is settle. As this suits them rather than send us the final figure. Trying to talk to someone is difficult as the case manager SEEMS to never be available. These guys know all the delay tricks.
KIWIS BEWARE !!!!!!!!
I recommend you go to Oxford Finance.
We also settled our loan with Oxford, and they were more than happy to send their settlement figure ONE MONTH AGO. WITHOUT THE EXTRA CHARGES OR FEES.
COME ON PROSPA STOP STEALING GOOD PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY.
