The plumbing fittings were good quality and a reasonable price, but the postage was rather expensive.

Very good customer care, with knowledge about their products and replacement parts.

I telephoned the mainline number hoping to speak technical support. I was immediately transferred to a member of staff who did some troubleshooting over the phone to identify a faulty thermistor a replacement was dispatched overnight and fixed the issue just a day before a European trip Propex leisure saved the day Thank you all for your support and professionalism

Very quick and efficient service from Propex. My trusty
Hs2000 gas heater finally gave up after many years of reliable service, only because of water contamination on the pcb. Very pleased to find a replacement pcb direct from Propex, and for less cost than most other sources. Fitted and back up and running again, great.

They answered a query promptly.
After placing the order, it was dealt with immediately and would have arrived next day. Parcel post however sent it to the wrong collection Centre but it arrived the 2nd day. This was a £400 control unit, on fitting it worked immediately.

Delivery timescal exceeded my expectation. Water heater now back up and working.

Next day delivery was great and I was pleased to see the the new flue terminal has been redeveloped to make for a watertight and secure fitment.
