Just went to book stansted lounge And…

Just went to book stansted lounge And price came back@£76.37 for 2 people so looked at booking direct with airport and that was £75.98 so no discount .bought vip membership via Groupon but still more expensive. 🤣
You don't know what date I was looking at and yes I was logged into my account when I got the price why would I look when not logged in 😆

Adi Mac, we checked this and our rate for your selection was actually cheaper, so it is likely you were not signed into your membership account when you conducted your search. Nonetheless, we are not a discount club and we specifically market our business under the slogan, ‘price isn’t everything, service matters’. This is because we believe our VIP customers value service over price, and whilst we are almost always cheaper than most providers, we also understand that it is impossible to consistently offer the best rates due to the fact we do not control the prices our competitors advertise from one day to the next. However, what we can express with certainty is the fact we are the only Trading Standards Approved agent in the UK to hold the Buy With Confidence accreditation which is why our customers continually return to us for confidence of service. Bit of strange one as I cant actual…

Bit of strange one as I cant actual comment on the parking although the booking process was easy.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday at very last minute. Insurance companies being as they are I needed to provide evidence that I did not use the service ( I was actually in Hospital) and we did not receive a refund.

I emailed Priority booker and had a response within 2 hours. Great service...

Hopefully you do not have to use them but their customers service is excellent. In my eyes this is what makes a great company who respond in your hour of need,

We absolutely pride ourselves on our customer service and although no one every gets things right 100% of the time, we do prioritise this side to our business above all else and we feel we do it better than everyone else in the market, hence we are the only agent in the UK to hold the Trading Standards accreditation, for this very reason. Great company to book with

Booking is easy to do & great prices
The customer service is excellent I had to contact them twice 1st time because I'd entered wrong date 2nd time I had to change the car details because my car had broken down they sorted both problems very quickly
Very friendly service

Our car was taken out of the inside car…

Our car was taken out of the inside car park and left in a field where it was covered in bird faeces causing damage to the paint work. On arrival back from our holiday we received a £100 fine as the car exited car park while we was away

I did not say we booked an indoor car park, had this been an option we would have! I stated after 3 days it was removed to an outside car park which then caused damage to the paint work. Yes you retracted the fine but it was another issue we had to deal with!
You have offered £50 compensation but a quote from a car detailer to sort the damage is in the £100s so either way it’s an expensive mistake

The fine was issued in error and has been cancelled and this was communicated to you 3 weeks ago, prior to your review.
You also mention that the car was moved outside. You didn't book an inside car park or multistorey car park. The car was parked in a secure compound and not in a field.
You were also offered a refund of £50 by the car park as a good will gesture, even though they are not responsible for the damage caused by bird faeces in an open air site.

I had an issue and wanted to change the times I was booked into the lounge at Heathrow. I emailed them and I got an immediate response which was the booking was changed! So all in all can’t fault them and would recommend

John @ Prioritybooker.com was excellent…

John @ Prioritybooker.com was excellent at amending my arrival time in the lounge. I'd been messed about by No1 Lounges at Gatwick when trying to deal with them direct but John managed to sort it immediately. Thanks for the Can Do attitude John it makes a big difference and reflects positively on your company

FIVE STAR! YOU MUST BE JOKING

Five star is not a common statement made by me but in this case it was well deserved. Looking for entry into the 1/Gateway Lounge at Gatwick North for 2 persons I came across Priority Bookers offering a deal that I couldn't resist. I made my booking the day prior to easyJet cancelling 1,700 flights and moving passengers from one flight to another. I sought to change my Lounge access. John responded quickly to my request stating some difficulties that might arise. My response was a request to try a small change without jeopodising my booking. Lo and behold, I have a revised booking for the Lounge that currently matches the revised booking made by easyJet. Sincere Thank you John, as said in the military environment, you have a 'can do' approach.

Great at alterations if your booking changes

The initial process of booking a Lounge was simple and cheaper than booking direct. Our flight times were then moved 3 hours earlier so we had to change our booking, they managed to arrange the time adjustments without any fuss. John in particular was courteous and professional and worked hard to get it done, I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again for all my booking needs

Just bought a 1 year membership using…

Just bought a 1 year membership using Groupon voucher. But it is a complete disappointment. The discount on airport parking or lounges is mere token. Nowhere near what is shown on their website as examples. Such dishonesty by modern business is shameful.

We are very clear about NOT advertising price as the reason to sign up for membership, the slogan that we use on ALL communications is 'price isn't everything, service matters'. Our VIP service is a convenience to frequent travellers who more often than not will receive market leading prices, but this is not always possible given the competitive marketplace and the fact we do not control our competitors' pricing. However our VIPs will ALWAYS receive both priority service from us, and 'our' best rates (ie you cannot book with Priority Booker for less money through any other promotion or portal at any time). Our customers book with us because we are the ONLY Trading Standards Approved booking agent in the UK with the Buy With Confidence Accreditation. We hope we will see you again in the future.
