I’ve placed an order on the website on sept 7 2022, order number #1288 and paid for but I never received it !
I have sent countless emails asking about it, also wrote them on Instagram and every time I got no answer ! We are in February 2023 and still nothing !!!!

Hello, order #2365 speaking here waiting for a response from the owner.

I put my order in january 5th and have not yet received any of the ordered goods. I put in multiple contact forms and emails, commented under tiktok and instagram posts for some attention to the situation. Costumer service is seriously lacking. Finally I got a response on tuesday on instagram, felt like I was finally being heard. She said she would look at the order shortly and that she's out of office for a few hours. Felt something fishy going on already but well I wanted to be patient and kind. It's sunday right now and haven't heard anything yet.
I have my own business incidentally on shopify as well, we even share the same payment options and I know how the whole system on it works so I can't be fooled with excuses really. I'm just baffled because this is really no way to go about with costumers! Build your clientelle ethically and let them know they're top priority, they will for real reward you 500x more! Easy money doesn't compare. I've seen so many stories like mine come across and right now I just want my order or my money back otherwise I'm done with being friendly and patient and I'll take precautions. If you think I'm exaggerating, prove it and ship my order with a tracking link.

I sincerely hope to hear from you, contact via email is preferred but not a necessity.

I ordered in November 2022 via IG and paid with Applepay. I never received my order. They finally responded to one of my emails and said it would be delivered first week of January 2023 & they would refund my shipping & still nothing. I have messaged them numerous times on TikTok and IG and no response. It seems like they are scamming a lot of people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

I placed my order on November 25,2022 for an autumn palette and 4 other single eyeshadow glitters. After a month of waiting, I contacted them regarding my unshipped order and they stated that due to the Royal Mail Strike that there was delays and I should have it in a few weeks. After waiting and receiving nothing I contacted them again and no reply. By now, I’ve sent at least 4 different emails and I have been ignored! I even commented and messaged them on Instagram, nothing! I’ve ordered from hidden cosmetics and kaima cosmetics, both based in the UK and received my orders so fast so there is no excuse for this mess. You should not be stealing peoples hard earned money like this and as a fellow Muslim I am deeply disappointed.

Update: my review has been flagged because they do not think my review is based on a “genuine experience”. Instead of actually trying to help me you attempt to discredit my review when I clearly provided my order number. This company is an absolute joke and I am reporting this incident to Trading Standards and contacting my bank for a refund.

Edit: Of course I’ve sent documentation to trustpilot and I will email them to you as well.Don’t blame this on me. I paid for my products in full. It is you who could not fulfill your end of the deal and yes, STOLE my money by definition. There is no integrity in your words and there are several reviews with the same unresolved issues.

I ordered and PAID for the products and they NEVER CAME !!!!!! They NEVER respond to any emails and what is worst , they dont even have a phone number !!!!!!!!
They just take your money and NEVER send the goods !!!!

I realize you are probably busy but you must understand your customers concerns. Not respond with attitudes and being rude.

Brought some eyeshadows for my sister and she loves it so much uses it for every party that happens😂 she said she’s gonna order again since she likes it so much, came so fast too was surprised 😅

I placed an order on the 26th November and have not received the order. I’ve sent 9 messages from emails to DM’s on their Instagram and have had no response. The lack of communication is disgusting and the fact they think they can take money and not send out orders and just ignore messages shows how unprofessional they are and how much of a scam this is. They’ve had more than enough time to respond and have chosen not too so now I’m taking it further and luckily I’ve managed to get my money back from my bank.
They have also tried to take this comment down but luckily I’ve been able to send prove of my order to keep this comment online! (Nice try!)

Been using the glitter for my eyes for soo long now and i keep ordering more and more, i get so many compliments and people even ask me where it’s from. It’s perfect for when you go for a night out makes your eyes pop out and look beautiful. I love it will order again definitely

Unfortunately I did not receive my package which I ordered on the 12 th of Jan 2023. I did email and send direct messages and unfortunately the business did not reply and it is very unprofessional to not reply to your customers. So I don't think it is a great idea to order from here. Lack of communication and package did not arrive. Products look lush but unfortunately did not arrive or get a response on following it up.

Now that you have commented it is still incorrect what you are saying I have all the proof of payment and order emails that has been sent from your company. And this still does not answer the fact i had to come on here and write a bad review which I still stand on for you to respond rather then tell me where my parcel was. Just goes to show the fake care. Should of replied to the emails and DMS I sent during the time I sent them.

These pressed glitters are absolutely stunning! I have the love yourself and the pink palette, they are so easy to apply and the colours really pop!!! The pigment is absolutely stunning😍😍😍

I’ve ordered a Christmas gift since the beginning of December and money has been taken out and haven’t t receive anything at all. Tried emailing them several times but no one replied back it’s ridiculous.
