they sold a cutting board as titanium however it turns out to be stainless steel which is no good as a cutting board. They lie about what there selling

I ordered a palette and it never came. It was not given a tracking number and it was never sent to me. I have contacted them several times with no response. I have not gotten my money back. Do not buy from them, they are a scam.

I've ordered after I saw an ad on my social media feed. I've received my order after 3 months. The glitters are not as they advertising it. It came in individual package and the palette came empty and it's cheap cardboard made. No magnetic inside the shapes and it doesn't stay put after I put each individual glitters inside the palette. It's come off. I feel I was misleading and scammed. The glitters looks so cheap like kids arts and crafts and no pay off. It's terrible. Wasted my money. It's a shame I can't post here photos and videos to show you. This small business it's a joke! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I saw this brand who are now called Prettylittlecosmetics on TikTok and placed an order for around £13. I got a reply to a comment on IG where they’d offered to upgrade my order which was nice. I did some research into them and saw lots of bad reviews but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt as I work in a complaints dept for an online retailer and know how nasty some people can be…..however….apparently my order placed on 14th June was shipped on 28th June (I was advised before 28th it had already been shipped) and today is 20th July and I’ve had nothing and no tracking number or reply to my many emails/comments etc.

Mikayla the TikTok mua did previously promote this brand but has since deleted her video and calls them shady which is absolutely true, god help the people who have spent a lot of money with the brand owner whose info can be found on the companies house website btw.

They continue to post really good convincing videos but please don’t be suckered in by the professionalism of the posts, you will pay, receive nothing and then be ignored. I claimed my money back through my bank but it’s still completely out of order to treat people like this. No doubt they will rebrand again once prettylittlecosmetics are found to be the same shady brand as ZSOfficial.

I recently made an order because I was so excited to try the products. However, it’s been weeks since my items “shipped” and they are nowhere to be seen. Messaged the company a couple times and have been ignored while they continue to have activity on their Instagram. Disputed the charge on my credit card. So bummed because the advertised products seem so beautiful. Buyer beware.

Ordered on 11th june, it shipped on 17th june. And now its 12th july, hasnt arrived at all.

I ordered a few months ago and I still don't know about my products. They don't respond to text messages after many complaints. The government doesn't take any measures. I don't know who to complain to.

If I could give 0 stars I really would. As a newly qualified MUA,I placed an order for several glitters from ZS Official on December 28th 2021. It is now June 29th 2022 and I am £30 lighter and never received my order.

I emailed ZS many times and never received a single response. I have since discovered many in a very similar situation.

Absolutely appalling.

Still no order. No correspondence. ZS Official website has been taken down. Sadly I believe the scam will continue as they have now rebranded as 'Pretty Little Cosmetics'.

I order because i saw them on TikTok and i thought it would be amaizing. Their products are nothing like they present them… i order 5 products from them and i liked only one. I don’t think i’ll order from them again

I never received my order and I ordered in 2021! And the company couldn’t be bothered to respond to me but had enough time to flag my preview review warning others not to respond? Make it make sense. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy their products. Like other people here I was scammed. Ordered three weeks before Christmas 2021, it never arrived so I emailed and they said it must have "gotten lost" in the post and they said they'd send a replacement. This also never arrived and it was obvious they never sent anything in the first place.

The only reason I've given 1 star is because I can't give 0. Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas 2021, still hadn't arrived by boxing day so contact them. They replied and said they would send a new one out and check with the post office what has happened. I said if the other one turned up as well I would happily send it back. I've emailed numerous times since as I never received anything and I've been ignored, I paid through clearpay so have got them involved too and it seems they're also being ignored.

Be cautious before placing any orders with this POS "company". For context, I live in the U.S. and I placed an order in the first week of Demember 2021. A few weeks went by and I never recieved any emails indicating that my items were ever shipped to begin with and no tracking number provided either. I decided to be alittle more patient due to the holidays and delayed shipping. Another few weeks go by, I decided to reach out to their "customer service" (using that term very loosely here) at the end of January of 2022. The owner completely lied to me saying that my order had "shipped out weeks ago" and claims that the parcel was "lost" and would need to be "investigated". They offered to send me out a replacement. I said yes because all I wanted was my order but they never responded to my emails from that point on. To this day, I still never recieved my order. And it's been over a half year now. I want to take legal action against them so badly but because they are located in the U.K., I don't know how things work legally over there. All I know is that I am extremely pissed and that I will never see that $230 ever again. I wish, hope and pray that their scummy business will get shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I AM REVIEWING AGAIN. I already had put a review on here about how absolutely disgusting and pure scum of the earth this company is. I didn’t receive my product so I emailed them, got an email back right away. Sent a second email a few weeks laters after no product no or no money. Guess what? No answer. I even went as far as commenting on all their social media posts. I eventually had to put in a claim with my bank and did get my money back. AND THEN? This stupid company put in a reversal and took MY money from me AGAIN. I swear to if I can’t get my bank to undo the reversal, I’m taking them to small claims court.

This is my second review, as I still have no received my product or refund after ordering on the 7th of December 2021!

This is absolutely vile and any company that takes money off of innocent people for personal gain without delivering the service promised, should be shut down.

Reported it police action fraud, everyone else should do the same and get this despicable company shut down!

Bought 4 eyeshadows back in December so almost 5 months ago and never received my order. Tried to email them and write on their TikTok but they ignore and delete everything. Do NOT buy from this site you may as well throw your money in the bin.

I ordered 3 eyeshadows from this website on the 4th of December 2021, today is 24th of April and I still haven’t received my order. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my sister. I tried to contact the company through email, the shop app, TikTok and Instagram multiple times and no response. I do not recommend. 😐

Ordered this on January, I have tried to contact them by any means and it´s impossible... Put a bad review in here already and they said they were going to respond to me... Lie, never got a reply. It´s a scam, don´t buy anything from them.
