Still waiting for an update

Made an order 17th of july and paid for it. Haven't heard anything since that. Have checked my spam inbox aswell, but no email saying my order has been sent. I've tried contacting them on Instagram via DM, and have left some comments on post (which they deleted) and two times tried to contact them through their contact form on their website, but nothing.

I really hope my order is on it's way, but the lack of response from this company is a big red flag unfortunately.

If my order doesn't show up in the next few weeks or there is never any response, I will update this rating to a 1 star experience :-/

Edit 19.08.23 : after writing my review I got on august 6th an email stating that my order was getting ready to be sent, and that I could check the link for a tracking number. But it seems like my order still isn't shipped even tho it's been two weeks since I got that update 😒 I tried emailing them 9 days ago, but no reply. I ordered to wear the products on a big festival here in Norway next weekend, but it seems like I have to find something else in a makeup store where I live.

Update 14.09 : surprise surprise, today I recieved my order. Well, one of two products at least. They sent it 30.08. And it says on the shipping label that they sent me both products, but that was not the case 😭

Update 02.03.25, over 1,5 years later:

Never recieved item number 2.

Do your research and read below Scam company do not buy anything from them

This company has failed to answer queries, failed to deliver the goods ordered and as such I have had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.
I believe this is a scam so beware.
I see your response which is quite different to your previous email stating it was sent 2 weeks ago. You have responded to one email, ignored all other emails despite them clearly asking you provide a tracking number which you have still failed to provide. At no
point did it state 10 days although that is irrelevant as it's well past that. I note you recently added a message about taking 7 days go fulfill orders, again that was not on the website when I placed an order and to be honest I think it's a delaying tactic. I hold out no hope of anything arriving. You have not fulfilled my order, not provided any tracking information despite the fact you state you will send that once the item is shipped, which you said over 2 weeks ago. If anyone is in any doubt I suggest they Google your company and the word scam and make their own judgement.

Interesting customer service you have, not even a sorry or apology in sight. Well here we are ok 29th July and surprise surprise no parcel. Also had others hunt around your website for the so called' it's taking 2 weeks'. It still says 7 days to fulfill orders which was added after I placed my order. As I say people can make their own minds up that's what trust pilot is all about. Google the company make their own mind up. I know to stay away.
Update:
Today this company has again posted a rather rude comment regarding the 7 day posting comment. Not sure why they continue to update this but suffice to say their customer service is appalling. They lie and oh the order never arrived and it's now August 21st. As I said previously let
others make their own mind up all I can provide is my feedback on my experience which was awful.

Since yesterday and when I was notified of the update by trust pilot, this company has amended the update they added so what is now on there is totally different. Weeks after being told the parcel has been sent and yet never arrived, I get an email dated 6th August staying this order has been shipped, bit odd as they told it it was sent weeks earlier. Happy to share this email
should anyone be in doubt as to whether I am the scammer or this awful company is. Stay away, don't order as you'll end up having to charge back. If you've ordered already and in any doubt, charge back now save doing it later They state they have 5 star reviews so I wonder who they paid to make those false claims!
Customer service is the worst and I strongly suggest they send all their staff on a suitable training course.
Gosh another rude comment from this company, it's getting almost amusing.
For those in doubt look up the company, Google the owner and look up ZS official Beauty limited. All the same scammer, you should be ashamed. If anyone is scammed report them to Action Fraud UK.

Still the lies and comments continue. I've already reported you and the company as fraudulent and my bank is well aware of your scam. Others have also reported both your companies so you will be investigated.
You continuing to accuse people of being scammers and liars is really getting boring but the more you continue to write comments the more the message gets out there that you're a
scam company.
No one has to beleive anything written here they just need to do their research. Google both companies detailed above, Google the owner, check out the police articles. Just make your own decision on this company and so called owner before you order anything but if you have already placed an order, don't wait too long in the expectation that your order will arrive, be ready to cancel, chargeback, do what you can to make sure you are not another victim of a shocking company happy to steal your hard earned money. Do your research everyone, it's worth it,

Ooh dear we seem to be getting more abusive by the day. All those poor Karen's you've just insulted, whose next small children and the sick.
Your continued insults and lies are to be honest very desperate and sad. Just be honest, stop rippng people off and please stop being so horrible to anyone who gives an honest review of your shocking company and dreadful customer service it's really not necessary.

I had to contact customer service due…

I had to contact customer service due to an issue with a broken glitter and the prompt service I received was second to none. All companies have their issues but its how they deal with them that makes all the difference to the consumer. kind, very professional and resolved my issue for me. Thank you guys!!!

No informations at all...

So disappointed because I ordered on June 28th and still no news on where the package might be... I really understand that it's difficult as a small brand to ship within few days, and it's not a problem. But the fact that there is absolutely no informations (even though I wrote mail and DM) is really not reassuring 😭😭😭

A TOTAL SCAM

This is a TOTAL SCAM!! I did a big order and never got a follow up on it. I tried contacting them via Instagram and Email and nothing. Started to comment on there post asking them about my order and the only thing they did was block me. DON’T EVER BUY AT THIS COMPANY. THIS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATLY!!!

I havent recieved any answer on where my order is. The horrible service is astounding i have never expierenced such a scam!
Someone needs to shut this website down before they steal more money from people!

Don’t think my order will ever come

Don’t think my order will ever come. I have tried to message them, email them, comment endless times with no reply. It has been two weeks and I don’t think my order will arrive. The communication from this business is so poor. I really hope they see this and finally give me my order as the products look amazing

Glitter was not as advertised

Glitter was all cracked. One tray was contaminated with other glitter. Order took 2 months to get. Try communicating with customer service but no reply. Not really worth it.I ordered back in March and did not get my order till May . I have proof of payment and an order number. I can submit them over to Trustpilot so they can know I’m not making it up.

Never seen a company more determined to scam their clients

I tried everything to contact this company as I never got my order and I have nothing left now but to file a claim with my bank. I really loved their Instagram, but this is the first company in my life that not only never sent the order, but also never responded to my many emails, messages, calls etc. This is a scam and I would never ever order from them again!

You will see positive reviews, where they say the false reviews are fake. The company is a liar, how can you sleep at night, scamming clients like that? I would advise you, a possible future client who is reading this review, to check the comments in the social media and trust us, who are fighting to get money back! This company is total scam! Order #2586, still waiting for any response a month later...

The Worst Customer Service

This Company has the absolute worst customer service. I reached out to them several times about tracking my order that had never arrived. They finally reported it was sent to my house, and then shipped all the way back overseas to their wharehouse because I didn't sign for the package... I just don't believe them at all! Then, they told me a refund would be submitted to me and it hasn't arrived yet either. Perhaps I was scammed. I'm very upset and feel foolish for ordering from them. I will NEVER trust an overseas small Instagram business again!

Nonexisting support.

Poor client support! No answer in email or Instagram. I got a email my order is shipped but no tracking number. After weeks of trying to contact them I got the answer they were stuck in transit. Disappointed and angry that I didn't read the rewievs. The answer was kind but then silence again. After a while I got a email to update my adress and like magic my products appear. But the wrong colors.

I think this is a small business growing to fast. Sadly I will not order from them again.

Order never received and no response from PLC

I placed an order #2022 back in November 2022 and it was never delivered. I got an email saying that it had been shipped, but never received a tracking link or any further information. I’ve tried contacting Pretty Little Cosmetics numerous times across numerous platforms (email, website, Instagram, TikTok) and I haven’t got a response anywhere. I appreciate they’re a small(er) business but they clearly don’t have the systems in place to manage messages or emails which is frustrating when things go wrong. I’ll have to contact my bank for a refund which I was trying to avoid for both myself and PLC – but it’s been literally impossible to get any help from the PLC team anywhere. Really disappointed in this abysmal service. It wasn’t a small order so I’m massively frustrated by all of this. It seems I’m not the only person to have received radio silence either.

No contact or customer service

I unfortunately my experience with this brand isn’t going well. This is about order #2491. After shipping I never got a tracking code (as they suggested I would) but not only that I discovered an error in my shipping address. I have been trying to get in touch with anybody from PLC via numerous platforms. What makes it so frustrating is that it was supposed to be a gift for my sick niece for in between her surgery’s. I am disappointed that it not only not arrived on time but that there is a chance of it never arriving at all. I would just like to get in contact with someone from PLC.

Wrong order was shipped

Hello, order #2431 here. My experience with customer service was not as negative as that of other reviewers on this platform. Shortly after contacting PLC I received assurance that my order would be delivered the following week and two weeks later I finally received it. The issue was I had ordered 5 pressed glitters and only received 4, and one of them was not the one I ordered.
I'm writing this hoping to at least receive a refund for the 5th product that never reached me, while providing constructive feedback on how the service can be improved going forward.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have written previous reviews about this godawful company. I ordered my items in November of 2022 for Christmas. I have not received them, nor have I received a refund. The company ignores my emails. Please do not give them any business!

Missing order

Don’t buy from here, it’s a very poorly run business. I placed a $200 order and after 3 months and multiple emails and Instagram messages I have not recieved a shipped notification let alone received my order or gotten a reply of any kind. I have lost hope as well as my hard earned money and am going to order from Vani Cosmetics instead. They may charge slightly more but at least I get my product
