The owner Samer Hanania is a scammer…

The owner Samer Hanania is a scammer they advertised finance and happy to take your deposit but when they fail to get the finance and you check yourself they have many CCJs and no finance company will deal with Samer Hanania. He then refuses to hand back the deposit claiming he has costs. This matter is now with the Police and fraud investigation branch, The Courts and FCA and Autotrader customer complaints and Trading Standards. Avoid this con man at all costs !

Exceptional Service and Client-Centric Approach!

Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing an E class Mercedess from Prestige Car Sales Ltd, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations.
One of the first things that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the dealership.
Every interaction with the team was marked by professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
My car was fully serviced, perfectly cleaned inside, out and engine bay as well.
I totally recommend their services and already thinking of also buying a car for my son from them too, thank you Sam and team!

Scammers

We had the unfortunate experience of using this company 4 months ago, when my daughter wanted to purchase an Audi a1 they had for sale.
It’s a long story involving, wasted trips to pick up the car that was promised to be ready, wasted days sat at home waiting for cars to be delivered that never turned up.
In the 4 months my daughter has owned the car they have had it for 3 months!!
They have repeatedly lied and treated her with complete disregard. At one point the police were involved as they would not tell us the location of our car for collection, Ultimately telling her that the car bought to them for warranty work was not going to be honoured and we were to pick our car up from a garage 75 miles away where we would also have to pay the bill!!
It has taken 3 months dealing with these two vile people to get my daughter back her money. This was only done by going though close brothers finance complaints process. They advised us that he repeatedly blamed my daughter for the full engine rebuild the car needed, they issued a refund in full saying they have never heard of a case like it where someone has been treated so poorly, they are due to put sanctions on his account also so hopefully they will decide not to work with them in future . So please avoid these con artists. We wish we’d listened to the reviews!!!

Please avoid buying from them.

Please avoid buying from them.
I was sold a car which was like new from outside but inside there were multiple faults with car. The engine start/stop fault came up after 3 months of purchase and had to take it to Nissan repair centre as it needed new battery and software update. After Nissan did vehicle health check there was huge oil leak, which needed new timing cover and suspension ball joint and wishbone were perished.
They do provide Autoguard warranty which is useless as they won’t pass your claim for any of the above repairs and parts required.
