Very good product

It worked effortlessly

Just landed in Bali. Put the Sim in my phone at the airport and was ready to go straight away. Perfect.

Simple process. Once paid for, received an email with instructions and it was so easy. Before turning off my phone in the plane, I switched all calls and data to be via Esim. Upon arrival in Paris, turned my phone on and voila! I had internet. It was easy and efficient. Very impressed ❤️

Purchased a USA SIM card which did not work. I reached out to prepaidsims three days ago and still no response. In the end I called the carrier of the SIM card (ultra) and they solved the problem. Very frustrating when you are overseas and there is no help. I usually purchase from sim corner and will not purchase from prepaid sims ever again.

I purchased a 20GB Asia eSIM recently and it did not work as per the instructions. By the time I was able to contact support and troubleshoot, it had been charged international roaming fees and data costs that offset any potential money I would have saved by having the eSIM. Not a great experience and I will use another company for eSIM next time.

It activated on the correct date, easy to install and purchase. Has given us great coverage across Hong Kong and Japan

Happy with the price for calls, texts and data. Had a bit of trouble in activating it on arrival in NZ, as tapping the QR code in the email wasn’t working for me. However I persevered and got connected after 5-10 minutes. No issues since.

The sim arrived , I put it in my phone just prior to arrival and upon arriving it just kicked in and worked perfectly

It was seamless to use when I landed in Japan. Hadn't even transferred between Sims but I was connected.
Was concerned with whether I had 20GB as phone was giving me my usage and then indicated I only had 2GB. Alvin answered my questions quickly and confirmed I had 20GB

I'm very happy with the service I got for my physical simcard. Even if you put the activation date 1 day before using you can still activate it when you arrive in the country you've put for the simcard. Help support is really good! And I would recommend to many others going outside of the country.

Good value, easy to order and quick delivery of physical SIMs via post or eSim info via email. Set up instructions work really well and when my technical skills let me down, Alvin, the travel Sim specialist answers emails really fast to sort me out. I am a very happy customer.

This is the second time we've used Prepaidsims in Japan. Our phones are not compatible with eSims so we use a physical sim card. They are excellent value and started working as soon as we switched our phones on. They also provided excellent coverage throughout our travels. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

It does what’s on the label! Automatically recognises you’re in a covered country and instantly connects you to the best available network. Have been using it for several years and recommended it to friends and people I meet. I hope it works for people who want to buy it outside Australia.

It is reliable. I didn't encounter any time of interruption due to data issue. What I hope for further service is to have a local phone number, which I understand would cost more. Thank you.
