Worked perfectly, great ran the navigator

eSIM was easy to use and activate although initially installation instructions for iPhone 17 were different to instructions. One email to prepaid and it was quickly resolved, their customer service team is just fantastic.

Purchased 2x SIMS. Neither would activate. Cannot get carrier to help. Provider is ghosting us. Would never use again.

Ive used this company many times and everything works exactly as promised and if you ever need to contact customer service, they will always so helpful.

It works really fine. I'm currently using it in Bali. Will buy again definitely.

The performance of the connectivity within Japan was really poor. There dead zones in the middle of Tokyo where I couldn't get any reception at all, on both 4G and 5G connections.

Even when I could manage to get a stable connection, the bandwidth throughput was extremely poor. I'm not talking about watching videos, I mean using google maps.........

The service was relatively simple to setup and their instructions were easy to follow.

My main concern though, I was in Japan and all my traffic was routed through Hong Kong. Why???? I'm in Japan. This is an extreme breach of data protection so be extremely careful of how you use their services if you purchase the Japan Prepaid SIM. I couldn't use Japanese services because I was being routed through a Chinese IP.

Received sim no number attached and activation occurs between 5-6am just the time I arrive and need to number for bank and pick up. So emailed yesterday within an hour Alvin supplied the number and then I asked could my sim be activated a day earlier so it will activate immediately I arrrive in UK. Perfect done ✅✅✅✅✅

I've used PrePaid Sims in the past and they've always worked well, connecting almost instantaneously and operating well throughout my travels.
This time, I arrived in Istanbul, inserted the Sim, switched on roaming but couldn't get the Sim to connect to the internet.
I tried everything I could think of but nothing worked. I emailed PrePaid Sims with my issue and in no time at all I had a reply. A few more quick emails and the problem was sorted there end. The tech support was amazing. While continuing my travels through Turkiye, my Sim is functioning flawlessly.
Would I recommend PrePaid? 100% I do and I will continue to use their Sims in future travels.

Alvin and the team were very helpful from the moment I purchased my eSIMS.
There were errors on my end I had made with my order however, he was able to rectify and provided support immediately.

It has been working very well. It is a shame I can't add more data as I have used more than expected.

I bought the international Asia Sim card (10 gigs for 30 days) and once I landed for my holidays in China and Japan via Singapore the Sim connected to each of these countries telecom provider service seamlessly. Very happy with this Sim card company. I have used their Sim card in USA & Canada also and will use them again as their Sim cards are very reliable.

Easy delivery of physical sims for April UK trip and recently just an esim in South Africa and all went perfectly. I've used prepaid sims a few times and happy with them.

Easy to install and activate on arrival overseas. Had no problem since, just like a normal phone back home.

Very responsive. Despite not being a "chat" service, my emails were answered in less than 30 minutes each time. And, Alvin easily solved my problem which was "user" error. He helped me understand and hopefully next time I purchase an eSim from PrepaidSims for travel I will remember the steps tobdo on landing in my new country. Thanks!!

I was able to make WhatsApp calls, hotspot to another device & use my phone whilst travelling. This eSIM has done what it advertised what it would do. I was nervous about installing & using an eSIM for the first time. The email instructions I received were clear & easy to follow which allayed my fears
