Easy to use, great signal strength, just works

Fantastic product & service. I panicked when I realised that my phone was not ESim compatible. 2 days to go when I ordered my sim expecting it not to arrive in time. It did! Simply fitted on arrival to China, restarted phone and had no issues for the whole trip.

Everything to do with Prepaidsims has been great. I did have a minor issue in the beginning, so reached out for assistance. Alvin responded rapidly, and helped me sort out an error in my configuration VERY quickly and easily.

I've never used an e-Sim before, and was definitely nervous about it.

The emails that came through after purchasing were clear about what to do to activate it etc., which was my main worry (besides the obvious one of being scammed).

I visited three countries in Europe (from Australia) and didn't notice any drop out of coverage etc.

I have no hesitation about getting another e-Sim through PrepaidSims for my next overseas holiday!

Very easy to order, arrives quickly. This is the third trip I have used Prepaidsims for. Perfect internet access every time. Have used them in Mediterranean, Japan, and now this time, all over Scandinavia & Europe. So easy. Just switch out existing sim for Prepaidsims, as my phone doesn't accept esim. Start up my phone, and it just works. Awesome!

eSIM was easy to use and activate although initially installation instructions for iPhone 17 were different to instructions. One email to prepaid and it was quickly resolved, their customer service team is just fantastic.

Purchased 2x SIMS. Neither would activate. Cannot get carrier to help. Provider is ghosting us. Would never use again.
