Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention.
I’m very sorry to hear that your order has not yet been received. I can see that it was placed over the bank holiday weekend and dispatched on Wednesday, following the bank holiday on Monday.
Regarding the tracking, on this occasion your fuses were shipped directly from Victron’s dispatch centre to avoid additional stock transfers. Unfortunately, this service is not tracked, and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
As it is currently the weekend, I’m unable to investigate this further until Monday morning. However, it is possible that Victron has experienced a backlog following the four-day Easter break, which may have resulted in a delay. Under normal circumstances, your order would have already been delivered, so I do sincerely apologise for this.
I have also sent you an email to confirm that I am looking into this for you. I will provide an update as soon as I have more information. In the meantime, I would be happy to refund your carriage costs in light of the delay.

What a great experience
What a great experience! From the moment I ordered the solar panels to receiving them this morning. Originally I was planning to pick them up but in the end I couldn't so had to call the guys and request delivery. They arrived 24 hrs later!!! Amazing turnaround time so thanks for making it easy guys. Just ordered some cabling and will be back for more Solar soon. Thanks again. J.

YBX7096 Car Battery, Fast Delivery + Professionally Packed
My existing car battery just died overnight without warning, (would not hold charge), so urgently needed a replacement - but wanted a better spec model (with hopefully better life & reliability). Having found the model I wanted - Yuasa YBX7096, and searched online, I found it available at Powerland. I phoned to confirm it was definitely in stock, then ordered from their website, (c 10 am). The new battery arrived c 13:30 the following day, (packaging was very good); and after fully charging this I fitted it later that day, (I tested this at 100% for the 700CCA spec). Price was good, albeit not the cheapest, however availability and quick delivery were very important factors in the purchasing decision. Turned out to be a good choice - very happy.

Incorrect info on the web site.
I bought 2 batteries. These were urgently needed, and the web site said in stock. I wanted to confirm, so tried calling twice, plus the chat line. Made no progress with either, so I ordered and paid.
Later I called, to check when I could collect, to be told these were not actually in stock, and would not be on site until next Tuesday. Hopeless! After much discussion, I will collect from their supplier in Fareham on Tuesday. This is 3 days later than I wanted.

I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, particularly as you required the batteries urgently. I do appreciate how important timing was in this case.
I would like to clarify a few points regarding your order. The items you purchased were in stock within our wider UK network; however, as noted on our product pages, not all items are held on-site at our Alcester location. We do highlight this under the “Collection Available – More Info” section, where we advise customers to contact us in advance to confirm availability at a specific branch before travelling.
Your order was placed on Thursday and, under normal circumstances, we would have arranged for the batteries to be transferred to Alcester for collection the following working day. Unfortunately, due to the Easter bank holiday (Friday and Monday), our usual transfer schedule was disrupted, which meant the earliest collection date was Tuesday.
I’m also sorry that you experienced difficulty reaching us by phone and live chat. We do experience particularly high demand at times, but we recognise the importance of being accessible, especially when orders are time-sensitive, and we are reviewing this internally.
That said, I’m pleased we were able to arrange for you to collect directly from the manufacturer in Fareham as a workaround, although I appreciate this was not your original plan.

Delivery experience is not ideal
The website is easy to use with a good range of products. Placing an order was quick and easy. Delivery was expensive, and there was no communication. The delivery driver turned up unannounced with a pallet which he left in the road. For the cost and size of the delivery, I would expect more communication.

Order was unfortunately out of stock - but they were very proactive in reaching out to let me know, and swapped out the battery I had ordered for a more expensive in-stock version at no extra charge.
