I have previously bought a solar battery from them before I got a good price for it and good customer service and delivery on time so I thought I would get another solar battery from them, I am very happy that I have received the battery the next working day so I would definitely recommend Powerland battery company to my friend's.

I ordered 705W panels
I ordered 705W panels; they gave me a price, received a proforma, and paid for it. 10 Days later, told me they can only order in pallet loads, 33 pieces in a pallet. If you a distributor, you were supposed to buy in bulk, sell in smaller quantities. I lost 2 weeks. Shame.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused.
The 705W panels referenced in your order were a new addition to DMEGC the supplier’s range at the time. After issuing the proforma, we were later informed by the manufacturer that due to the unusually large size and weight of these modules, they can only be shipped safely in full pallet quantities of 33 units. Unfortunately, this restriction was not confirmed to us when the original quotation was prepared, and there were delays from the supplier in clarifying the logistics requirements while they finalised details for this new product.
Once this was confirmed, we immediately informed you and, when requested, issued a full refund straight away. We also tried to work with you to find a suitable alternative.
For clarity, we do purchase in bulk and operate as a distributor with significant stock levels, typically holding around £2m of inventory, with containers of panels regularly moving in and out of our warehouse. This situation was a genuine anomaly caused by the logistics limitations of this specific panel model.
Given the complications around safely transporting these very large modules, we have since removed the 705W panels from our product offering to prevent similar issues occurring in the future.
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience and the time lost while this was clarified, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve our processes.
