Best courier experience! Started a multi stop booking via email. Paul helped with various scenarios and quotes, and even once booking agents logged off I was still getting a helpful response. I managed to do a multi stop booking right before 9am and had a 10-12 slot. Everything arrived around 1pm - quickest and smoothest service ever! Big thank you

Fast and efficient

I needed a last minute delivery of 5 large items from Lancaster to Bath. Not only were the quotes competative, they could do it in the timescales (next day). The emails were clear, the driver communicated well, photos of the goods once on the van and got to their destination with plently of time. Excellent service all round.

The service was terrific - professional, on time, very communicative all along the way (from pick up/collection to delivery). They took care of the goods and took photos before and after. Very professional and easy. Great value for service!

They hired 3 idiots to do a simple job of moving house and totily messed up.they dropped our washing machine, put a dent in a fridge freezer, scratched a dining table.i would recommend that nobody uses this company.

Great service from start to finish. My delivery got there promptly and within the scheduled time and the driver communicated throughout the process so there was no guessing on updates.

My parents lost their car key four hours from home, on a Sunday, and were totally stranded. With very little hope of getting them home I came across Porta, and submitted a booking request to collect the key urgently and take it to them 200 miles away! I didn't expect any success (especially given the quote was half that of an uber) so was massively surprised when ten minutes later I had a courier allocated and on his way to collect the spare key. The courier kept me fully updated with his progress and absolutely saved the day, delivering the spare key and getting my parents on the road and back home. Honestly couldn't believe the service on a Sunday and didn't think for one minute that they'd actually be able to deliver on what they said they could...absolute life savers, five star service and will be using them again!

First time using Porta to move a furniture return from Halifax to Coventry. I will definitely use again when the need arises. It was a seamless process from start to finish - all at a very reasonable cost and with an immediate response to my request. The driver, Russell, was excellent and the comms throughout were clear and reassuring.
