Had a Porta collection and delivery this week and they were terrific! Have used many courier services but this is the first time with Porta. They made the whole experience so easy and just did the job without any hassle, cancellations or gruff delivery guys. . Would definitely use you again. The delivery chap was lovely and very obliging. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

This was the first time using the service and so simple to use. I just put in item info, had a quote for a price and paid a deposit. Everything went smoothly, the booking was confirmed within a couple of hours. You don’t pay the balance until the item is safely delivered which lends peace of mind. Would definitely use again

There are many terrible delivery company’s out there who do not give a damn about anything but profit.

Porta are something a bit different and refreshingly good. For a price on par or better than any comparable company’s they really did look after all of the details to ensure everything went smoothly. Even phoning to clarify ambiguous details and then phoning again to reassure both sides of the delivery chain were completely informed of how things would go and give better details of exact timings to expect within the frame of the initial given window.

The actual transport part was organised and carried out without any problems. My only irritation is the amount of times the site contacts me for repeated information. And especially when the tracking service is not in real time so you can follow the delivery. It’s clear the site needs amendments.

I started out with Shiply, felt pressured and they were difficult to pin down, answer questions, communicate. Came across Porta advertised online and thought I would try them. I was super impressed. You speak to a real person, who gives you a real answer and puts you through to a real driver (after your job is allocated a slot). You get texts and update and if you need to change anything they accommodate you. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you Porta!
