I ordered a beauty and wellness mystery…

UPDATE: THEY reached out to me after my posted review and offered a full refund if I removed my 1 star review. I declined and said I stand by my review. I also have screenshots of the entire conversation. Not once did I ask for a "luxury " purse.
I ordered a beauty and wellness mystery box and thats not what I recieved. Instead I got a bunch of useless temu garbage. Some of the items even appeared used. Lesson learned.

Renee reached out to us and stated if we did not give her a luxury purse she would leave us a 1-star review. Unfortunately, we get this threat quite frequently, but we will not rig the system at the cost of other customers who wish to participate fairly. We did offer to refund Renee fully but she declined our efforts to support her, all Beauty and Wellness boxes at this time include 3+ Sephora items which retail cumulatively more than $100 per box :)

Waste of money

Waste of money! Received cheap temu items and other crap that wasn’t worth anything! I spent $135 and was very disappointed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

ordered two boxes june 5th

ordered two boxes on june 5th, I realized they weren't delivered. I reached out to customer service who told me they would be ship the next day. That did not happen. A few weeks went by, and I reached back out to them. They told me that the boxes would be delivered in a few days. Every email started with how they gained such notoriety due to going viral. Then they quietly canceled my order a week later without saying anything.

Update. want to clarify i deleted the email by accident. But was able to log onto my account and find the order number and information.

Still waiting… however!

Still waiting on my order. However! I asked for an update with customer support (wasn’t sure if there was a computer error or delays with the storms). I got a quick reply from Heidi who was very kind and helpful. Looking forward to package tracking soon and then a nice surprise at my door!

Repeat Customer!!!

I purchased 2 mystery boxes—one pink taped and one classic liquidation box. Everything in the boxes was high quality and fun products.

I work in health care and took the products to our CNAs for CNA week and let them pick out their goodies. They were thrilled. I’ve ordered another box and can’t wait to see what I get!!
