I bought a replacement bag strap for my Pom Pom London bag; not because there was anything wrong with the ones I already have that came with my original bag, but because this one was a new design and simply beautiful. It was calling out to me to be used with one of my bags. PPL straps are uniformly good quality with robust hardware that lasts and lasts, so I knew I would be happy with the quality. The design is a step away from the usual straps you find everywhere, so is right up my street!
If you are considering a purchase, I wholeheartedly recommend the PPL range of straps. They may appear pricy compared to others at first glance, but the quality is far above - and don't forget you can get your straps free (two of them!) if you choose to buy one of their delightful leather bags at the same time.
Thank you, once again, PPL. I shall be back for more in future, I have no doubt.

Love my new French Lavender City Slim bag - a quality bag in a truly gorgeous colour for the summer. Got a fab special offer which included three straps, a tassel keyring and a gorgeous coin purse!

I love my soft leather Sutton Sling Bag in slate blue. It was delivered to my USA address within a week. A follow up of two extra straps that I omitted to order initially, were sent by Pom Pom customer service within days of my informing them. I couldn't expect better service. I forgot to mention that the two patterned straps are fabulous!!!!

Beautiful bags in a variety of styles and colours. Collecting becomes a habit! My particular favourites are the Sutton, the Original and the Plus sizes. Customer Services are great if you need them. Highly recommended.

The bags are beautiful and functional. The website is user friendly and I’ve recieved my orders just a few days after they’re placed!

This is a great company. I have bought quite a few bags from them - all good quality , lovely bags. They aren’t the cheapest but are worth the quality. However what makes it such a great company is their customer service. I had a delivery of a bag but someone had taken the bag out of the box. I contacted them immediately and within 48 hours I had a replacement bag with no cost to myself and such a straight forward transaction. Obviously someone had swiped the bag from the package but the customer service advisor was so helpful and understanding. Such a great service. thank you PPL

I have several pom pom bags. The quality is great and they stay looking new. I love to swap colour bags or change sizes for different days and I now have quality bags for most occasions. Just need to get a nice colour one for Christmas!

The quality and service is excellent. These bags are gorgeous and they just get better and better. Only drawback is that you can't sit on something you really like or love because they sell out quickly and are not always restocked.

I love my purse! I just think their advertising department needs some help. They advertise that "you get to pick two free straps as a special gift" or something to that effect. However, my daughter has bought a few of these purses over the years and they ALWAYS have that deal. I bought my purse a couple weeks ago and the tassel that seems to be on most of the purses was my "special gift". Wow.... this week they are offering a small wallet as the "special gift". I would have much rather had that. If they are going to give away something "special" every single time, it doesn't feel very special. These purses are great quality but also really expensive. Let the customers' have a choice in the "special gift" that fits their life- style.

I’ve being a big Pom Pom lover for a few years & have a lovely collection of these amazing bags, straps & accessories. I also have a lovely partner who probably knows more about Pom Pom London, than I do & supports my addiction.
These products are a lovely quality & smell amazing. Their customer service is incredible too, especially Evie who I had the pleasure of speaking with today.

I have about 7 bags now and all bags are very well made. The packaging it arrives in compliments the company’s reputation. Really please!

Firstly the choice of style and colours of handbags is totally up my street. Then the quality of the leather is amazing, it’s beautifully soft and buttery. I have bought many bags over the last year I absolutely love them.

Products are lovely quality and arrive nicely packaged. It takes about two weeks from order to get to me in Australia. I've never had to return anything. I've been very happy with everything I've ordered so far.
