I received a personal handwritten note with the delivery which made it special- I still have the note. Aside from that the tea is wonderful. You have to go to a high tea to equal the experience

Mixed bag…
Had to chase order which apparently dropped into your spam folder, slightly irritating.
When tea arrived it was not quite as expected although still lovely did not match the apparently same tea sampled at the Milestone Hotel in Mayfair which you alledgedly supply, so bit disappointed.

I contacted your customer service department via email twice and never received a reply. The product then arrived, but at a much later time. It would have been nice to receive a reply from customer service.

Great product
Even coming from overseas, my order arrived quickly. I was particularly pleased to receive a hand-written note from the owner. The tea, which I first experienced at the Perle Oban Hotel, is some of the best I’ve ever had.

My tea was delayed in customs but after contacting the company the problem has been dealt with. The company was quick to respond. I am so excited to receive my tasty tea and plan to order again.
