I received a personal handwritten note with the delivery which made it special- I still have the note. Aside from that the tea is wonderful. You have to go to a high tea to equal the experience

I am a new customer to PMD tea. The tea selection and qualify is superb. I will be sampling all the teas they offer, so far I can highly recommend the glen alpin, the radiant rose and the mango sunshine (which also makes a delicious iced tea for the summer months). All the teas offer a luxury and indulgent tea drinking experience. The website is easy to use and the delivery is efficient.

This is excellent tea delivered with efficiency and care! It is my special “weekend tea” and I thoroughly enjoy every cup. An added bonus is the information I receive from time to time about how this very special tea is grown, harvested and cured. Highly recommend!

With trust issue always being a factor when I purchase on line I couldn’t be anymore pleased with this company than I am. Experts not only in tea making but shipping also… I was notified all the way about my purchase including a follow up after I received my tea which is the most excellent tea I have ever ordered … why to be guys …. 5 stars isn’t enough

I ordered some Lemon & Ginger loose tea back on the 11th March 2026, send numerous emails to different departments and still not received anything yet you have taken the money from mu account.
I can see you have responded to people on Trustpilot so i hope you respond and advise when my delivery will arrive.

Easy order & prompt delivery, quality tea.

It just took two months to receive, granted I live in Texas so.

Order placed but never dispatched. Attempted several times to get an update, but never heard back.

I have ordered the tea on 20 Feb and not received any indication of when it will be delivered.

I have not gotten my order that was placed a month ago. I have sent two emails . Absolutely no response . Very disappointed!

I ordered a 250g bag of the Planters’ Mistress Loose Lea and it is the best tea I’ve ever had. If you like bergamot it’s a must try. Came promptly in a nice resealable package and a handwritten note which was a special touch. I won’t be getting tea from anywhere else but here!

It took nearly 3 weeks to receive our order. If I had known it would take that long, I would have purchased the tea from another provider.

We came across this tea in Oban whilst booked in for an afternoon tea. It was without doubt one of the nicest teas we have tasted, both refreshing and strong (just as we like it). We asked the hotel for the maker and ordered online. Easy to order, fast delivery and a personal hand written note inside the order all added to a fantastic experience and customer satisfaction.

Ordered my partner some tea as a birthday present after falling in love with it on holiday last year. The package shipped to Chicago from the UK with no difficulties and even included a lovely handwritten letter letting us know that they’d be in the US later this year!

The tea is lovely. I was in London this past summer and took afternoon tea where PMD teas were served. Delish! What made this really great though was the hand written note that came with my order wishing a heartfelt thanks that someone in North Dakota was purchasing their tea. Made my heart all warm and fuzzy.

The best green tea I have ever tasted! I only drink green tea so it is an important drink for me. Super service too, each tea bag individually wrapped and all delivered in a strong box. To top it off I received a handwritten letter which arrived separately through the post, from the owner, thanking me for the purchase. What was even more surprising they are my neighbours! The company is based in Windsor UK. That was a very pleasant surprise.
