Don't buy from them. They don't reply to the emails and their site doesn't work if you want to cancel the membership. And keep any evidence.

I ordered some batteries and did not see that I also bought a subscription, which I paid for for 2 months. And the batteries never even arrived.
Feels like a scam!

I am leaving 1 star not for the product or service but because once I purchased with PLUSSHOP it is continuously trying to charge my card. Please stop doing it as you are blocked already!!!

A wrong product was sent. After highlighting this issue, there has been no response from customer service.

Terrible.. returned an order but they didn't take it from the post and it was sent back to me!! After 10 emails(tes 10 emails!!) They sent me a return slip again and I returned it again.. Now it's around a month I sent it for the 2nd time and no return of money.. fraudsters..

Absolute scam. My bank notified me of the money leaving my account . I never authorised or approved this payment and when I checked the web page there are no products. I will be contacting the police

Terrible company AVOID! They scam you into a monthly subscription without your knowledge, consent or account for you to acess it and cancel which goes against the DMCC Act - the subscription trap law. AVOID - Scammers

Very long delivery time. Almost three weeks have gone and still haven't got my ordered items.

Terrible experience. My order got lost and, despite reaching out to Plusshop, I have not received any response. The customer service was good when I needed the tracking number for my parcel, but now that I'm complaining that the parcel has gone missing, they are not replying at all. Stay away.

I ordered the UV dust mite vacuum cleaner and it doesn't have charger. Also it's very bad, it doesn't have suction and UV light, it does absolutely nothing

When you buy anything from this website, you get subscribed to their services (ariund 14$/month). The issue is, they take money off two years after the subscription has started. I bought something small in 2022 and now in 2024 they began taking money for the subscription, which makes zero sense. They also never tell you this afterwards, that you have this subscription, so for two years they wait until you forget to take money off of your card.

I would give zero star if I could. Ordered a smart watch for my child, it took ages ti arrive, when it finally did, it wasn't working. Then to notice 10 euro being automatically taken from my account every month. Complete scam company 😒

Order was cancelled. Very bad experience. Will never use or recommend this shop.
