I bought a spinning cycle from Pulsshop back in 2022, but it was a complete failure because the bike never made it to its destination and it was quite hard to receive a refund. After two years, the company began charging me a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent because, I belie  my Banking Data  was still in their system. Although I haven't used their services since the bike issues, I have been receiving monthly DD payments for several months.I've contacted my bank, but only the merchant can cancel this. I've also contacted the merchant, but it's like hitting a brick wall; they will respond to you after a few weeks with a single statement that has nothing to do with my inquiry. I actually believe that my only option at this point will be to switch bank accounts because I have lost hundreds of euros and have no way to halt these payments. Go shopping somewhere else if you don't want to deal with these issues now or in a few years. There are lots other stores around!

Bought something from this company over a year ago and got sucked into paying their 'membership fee' of £9.99 per month. I cancelled membership and they still took money so I put a block on my debit card. A year later I find they have started trying to take money again. I have written to them 3 times with no response. Disgusting company stealing money from people. Please beware before anyone buys from them. I think companies like this should be red flagged so others don't get caught out.

They are debiting my card, without me even after multiple contact attempts, knowing what for.

If I could give no stars I would; the company has consistently refused to acknowledge or sometimes even answer emails not least when you attempt to cancel the annual membership.

I emailed them in December 2024 without any ackolwedgement; my fault that I did not check before now however.

I only realised the account was still active when I had a message last week from my bank saying they were attempting to take money and confirm that the payment was genuine or not. I said no and then called the bank explaiing the situation. They cancelled the payment.

I therefore emailed Plus Shop when the website wouid not allow me to access the 'my membership' portal. They kept telling me that all I had to do was use the portal so I sent the a screenshot showing that the portal was greyed out meaning I couldn't cancel.

I was then asked what email I was logging in with (why that would make a difference I cannot fathom) but gave them the email I had used with the requite email. Nothing until yesterday was heard when they AGAIN attempted to take payment of £9.95!!!

I spoke to my bank yesterday and they confirmed they would block any future attempts. I have emailed them again to say they were possibly commiting FRAUD because I had cancelled the account and they continued to try and get the payment from my account. I also reminded them that I had cancelled the account in December 2024.

Their reply? Not an apology; no explanation as to why they tried to deduct more money despite this whole situation. Their reply was to demand that I produce their acknowledgement of the email THEY sent me in December 2024 stating they accept my request to close the account...!!

I've just emailed them back to remind them that even though their coampany is registered outside the UK, they are still subject to UK law as their website email ends in a UK company.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASES.

I ordered an item last month, at no point does it even mention on the website is a member subscription i only know now after doing research on here because they randomly took £9.95 out my bank. Will be disputing with bank because I didn't agree to a member subscription.

Just read all the reviews! Total scam! Never received my order, now ignoring my emails and taking £9.99 out my bank that I never authorised and knew nothing about! Don’t be scammed by this company as others have been!

Despite several emails to this company asking them why they have taken money out of my account without my authorisation and to refund asap with no reply, they have today taken another payment.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank for non receipt of goods and payments stolen from my account!
I dread to think how much money these scammers have taken from vulnerable peoples accounts

It is a scam please DO NOT FALL FOR IT when you buy a product they automatically add a membership to you shopping cart and take monthly £9.95 I bought neutrogena cleansing wipes which now cost me over £30!!! Emailed support requested refund NO RESPONSE called helpline no English and NO ANSWER!!! Absolute thieves

Awful customer service subscription service I wasn't aware of as its a small amount it only caught my attention when there was a payment removed from my account on a day I was not using my card. I was taken for 120 euro after a small purchase of 12 euro in January 2024. Have emailed customer service was told to cancel it through my account. It is telling me in Danish that the account is inactive. So still not quite sure so have emailed customer service again for confirmation of cancellation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM

BIG SCAM COMPANY!
Only charging for something you've never subscribed for. Just dealing with my bank cancelling my credit card and blocking their other payments.
AVOID this company. NEVER do anything with them, it is nightmare.

Delivery of my item was fine but now I have tried to cancel my mebership but they are stll trying to take payment. They don't reply to emails. Do not use this company!!! Order was originally placed in 2023!!

Scammers! They link you into a payment plan that you can't cancel, they ignore email requests to close then account, then keep your card on file and try every month. Blocking via the bank only works for 13 months then it happens again. Am having to delete my bank account!!!

Just repeating what everyone else has said.
Bought a very cheap item online from them…didn’t realise that they add membership automatically to your basket without asking you….you don’t notice it at the checkout because the first month is free..
Then theycon you out of subsequent monthly subscriptions for £9.95p
You don’t notice it on your credit card bill coz it’s a relatively small amount.
I signed into my Plusshop account but couldn’t cancel subscription ..contacted them via email three times to cancel, no reply..
Had to go through my credit card provider to block direct debit.
Any body on here giving them a good review must be giving false info…..

Item arrived smashed. No replies to attempted contact, and agree with other reviewers, the 'stealth' payments are very much in action.

Scam. Signed up not realising it was a payment membership, I just wanted to make an order. Not only did they take membership money but the items never even arrived. They provided two separate tracking numbers and neither showed movement after 2 weeks.

Yeah I can confirm I’m a victim of this scam website too.

It’s a phishing site that takes your money then sets up a stealth £9.95/month charge.

Awfull company, took charge from my bank with no notification, then I contacted them from their website twice with no response at all, so I emailed, still no response. I have since contacted my bank and am unable to do anything about this payment they have taken but have taken steps to prevent plusshop taking any more money from my bank.
Beware or this company, please!

I ordered some Swiffer dusters and received the order. A couple of weeks later a fraudulent charge was made on my Amex card from "Europe Ecommerce Dublin" which was the same company that took my original payment. I had this blocked and a new Amex card was issued (causing great inconvenience). I informed Plusshop but received no reply. I am unclear what is going on but will not use them again.

Been over a week since I placed an order, still no dispatch confirmation or tracking code. I have no idea if the package is even on its way to me even though it should have already arrived by now. I contacted support through email and got no reply.

Still haven’t received my order after 2 weeks there’s nobody to contact and when you try and contact them nobody gets back to you I feel they are just money takers so be very careful if you are ordering from this company.
