The customer service was exvelent, always responsive and cordial I even got a freebie which is adorable. Enjinmeow pre-order
I bought the Enjinmeow plushy and when I say the pre-order wait was so worth it, I mean it! I cried from joy when I got it out the box and it's also soft!! They were patient and helpful when I emailed about the wait but now I have it im glad I waited for it!

Long wait, but one was pre order, but the quality of the plushes are great.
They're really big, and the Adam one is so fluffy and soft.
The free hazbin hotel keychain was a lovely surprise too.

Before i ordered my current gojo kitty one, i had ordered a different one but canceled the order for a silly reason. BUT of course their customer service people was very understanding and cancelled my first order for me the quickest they could. i have ordered quite afew of the meow plushies for me & for my daughter also & we have always been very thrilled with them. they are so very detailed & so very very soft & huggable. they are just the nicest plush with the softest fur possible. we are extremely happy with the plushies we have brought from plush shop. they are an amazing company.
