Just don't

Big no for me. The plant arrived ruined, completely out of its pot, the plastic container had opened, and the soil was everywhere. I don’t know whether it will survive. Never again. I’m giving one star only because zero stars isn’t an option. No one who cares about plants would ship them this way.

I ordered four plants

I ordered four plants, two regular-sized and two baby plants. The package was shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Tuesday. Upon arrival, the plants were cold, as the heat pack was insufficient. Three of the plants arrived overwatered, and these plants have since died.

The fourth plant was a large Zamioculcas Raven. This plant did not arrive overwatered and has survived so far.

After contacting customer service, I received the following response: “I’d like to offer you a refund for this plant in the form of a discount code (excluding shipping costs and sales).”

I do not recommend this company.

Terrarium set arrived smashed - twice!

Ordered a terrarium set as a gift. It arrived at the recipient’s house shattered into a million pieces as the glass vase wasn’t protected in any way. I contacted customer care and after being offered a measly discount, I demanded a replacement. This arrived broken once again, in no way protected during its trip from NL to Ireland. My friend injured herself discarding of yet another box of broken glass. Now they will only offer me a voucher for the website, not even the full amount of the terrarium set. They have stated this is because the plants in the set arrived okay. However the entire gift is now defunct because of the missing key element - the vase! I wanted to gift my friend an experience of putting the terrarium together, instead she received two incredibly disappointing and dangerous boxes of broken glass. Appalled at the lack of customer service, they will only give you one reply per day on Whatsapp and if you prompt them they ask for your order number and details all over again. So impersonal and unprofessional. Avoid!

Used to be good...

Used to be perfect but last two orders I placed were damaged.
Expensive/big plants not packed with extra care anymore. Mine was broken by the mandatory heatpack which was dumped into its foliage and... cold)
Also, bad shipment communication (received the confirmation after receiving 2/3rds of the order).
Good customer service tho, but would be nice not to need it at all.
Would have recommend in the past (reason why 3 stars), waiting to see if it gets better.

Very unpleasant and frustrating experience - definitly never again.

I ordered two plants, two small pots and paid additionally for heat packs because of the current weather.
The heat pack was ice cold when it arrived, most likely because the package arrived 1-2 days later than planned.
The used packing is definitly not working for such plants.
One plant is not existing anymore and the other is so badly damaged and ugly that it is not more than organic waste.
So I asked Plnts for a full refund and a stamp to send the pots back.
What I received as an offer from Plnts made me speachless. Here is what I got: "I'd like to offer you a full refund for both plants in the form of a discount code (excluding shipping costs and sales)."

Very unpleasant and frustrating experience - definitly never again.

Recomendation to Plnts: You should work on your service and customer support. Damages while transportation can happen, but your reaction after my disappointing experience, the pictures that I sent and additional work that I now have is unbelievable.

An absolute nightmare!

I wouldn't even give one star if I could! I ordered two plants and two terracotta pots. One plant even had a torn leaf, and one pot arrived broken. After waiting forever, I finally got a reply saying they couldn't send me the replacement pot and that I should order it myself using a code – where exactly is the savings on packaging material? Zero customer service! So, out of a sense of responsibility, I ordered two more pots and the "broken" one. When the order arrived, the original pot was missing. They only offered me a voucher, and I'm stuck with the shipping costs, even though it wasn't my fault! Absolutely outrageous, unfriendly service – never again!

I ordered 4 baby plants and a mature…

I ordered 4 baby plants and a mature one.

Plants were well packed with a heat pack but my baby monstera had a lot of browning and another baby plant was infested with fungus gnats and is currently quarantined to not infect my 20+ other plants, as I had once an infestation and it was a pain to get rid of it. The rest of the plants were in good shape.

I'm not super pleased because those were expensive plants, and those issues are not shipping issues but direct issues of the nursery.

long delivery time and root rot

Had unfortunately not a good experience with my order - first I had to contact the support twice until my parcel finally got shipped more than a week after my order.
When it finally arrived the plants seemed fine. Now - just a little bit too late for the 30d health guarantee - I discovered that one of them has completely rotted roots :(
Really disappointing as I just followed the instruction not to change pot during the first 30d (you would loose the guarantee) and I only watered it when the soil was really dry...
