Scam

I joined PLM on 11/06/22. I signed for their basic course for $ 9000. The course was supposed to be for 6 months and i was made to believe that with their proven success strategy i will be able to make $5-10,000/month. After completing the program i was invited to the Boardroom which is supposed to be and elite community of sellers 16 members total, invite only, here you will be coached to scale your business to $ 100,000 and beyond and i have emails to prove, I was excited for my prospects and trusted this company not to lead me astray. Unfortunately, two weeks after joining the Boardroom i realized i was conned, everything that PLM has told me was a lie, the products that were approved by their incompetent coach from the basic PLM course are un scaled, i had to liquidate them at a loss and i needed more funds to even be able to follow the new business model taught in the Boardroom. I requested to be refunded two weeks in the program and i was denied. I have talked to a few boardroom members and realized that everyone had a different price for joining the same course and none had a successful product scaled but everyone was in debt of thousands of dollars invested with no results promised and guaranteed at the beginning. The promises for passive income amount, and timeframe claims have all turned out to be false. The end result being I am in great financial debt, with an Amazon business that continues to bleed money everyday. PLM told me I'd make back the money I invested in
the Boardroom within weeks only to quickly find out the program is a big fat lie. The truth is I am in debt more than double my initial investment, plus the costs of both courses have left me on the brink financially. Looking back with more experienced eyes, PLM should never had enrolled me in the Boardroom without a successful product to scale , after all, It is clear to me now they just wanted my money and my success or anyone's was of little concern for this company. Do not be fooled with these claims they put out i have been through the course and these are the results; Debt and more debt please keep your money in the Bank, this company will put you in more financial strain than you already are.

I am having an amazing experience so…

I am having an amazing experience so far. I’m learning a lot and just sold out of my first test product which I’ll be scaling! The coaches are awesome and the training modules are phenomenal. Everything is covered in step by step detail. Highly recommend!

PLM and communication

I noticed that PLM put a note at the bottom of my review stating that they were attempting to get in touch with me a few hours ago. That is not true. I have had my phone with me the whole time. They did however text me much earlier today and I responded telling them I would be happy to communicate with them through email only so I have everything in writing. They have not responded to that text at all. It truly looks as though they clearly do not want to communicate with me. I have given them the opportunity. They haven't responded. I asked PLM for a full refund of the course and a full refund for the Boardroom. She has stated I will get no refund. Even though promises and guarantees have not been kept.

To respond to your response....
I have replied to you each time to say I would be happy to communicate to you via email only. You have ignored my requests thus far. You have not said to me before now, that you require a zoom or phone call. I will not get on either of those with you due to intimidation tactics. I again will say to you that I am happy to communicate with you via email only, so I may have all communication in writing. Again, you have ignored me. I will ask again for a full refund for both PLM and the Boardroom. As you have not lived up to your promises and guarantees. As I stated before, the truth will always prevail. What you do in secret will be shouted from the house tops.

It is so amusing that you will only put out what you want the public to see. There are other emails that go along with that one. Like the many emails pressuring a new student (myself) into joining the Boardroom and I haven't even been through 3 months of the first course. Had I completed the first course, I would never have signed up for the Boardroom because by the end of the first course it was clear that the guarantees and promises were not going to be upheld by you. You never even offered or said anything about the over 3 months of a $9,000.00 course I still had left, knowing me signing up with the Boardroom that I would have full access to the PLM course. I reached out to you to ask you to refund half the PLM course since that time was still left. You said no. Instead offered to put time at the end of the Boardroom. I wanted a refund period! The Boardroom was supposed to be only elite group of 10 students. It has now grown to 42. When you told our group that you were inviting more students in, you said, "only students who have launched will be able to come in". Not true again, one of the students had only been with PLM for one month when you signed her up. Did you offer her a refund for the 5 months she has remaining? Not likely since you didn't have the courtesy to even mention that to me, I brought it to you! Again I say, the unsuspecting students who have chosen to trust you as I once did, will eventually see the truth. The truth will always come out. Whatever you do in secret will be shouted from the roof tops!
Let's talk about the coach that left, HE WAS PLM. He was the reason why most people signed up for the Boardroom and you never replaced him. That left one coach with the burden of 30+ students (42 now) on his shoulders. There was no way the only coach left could possibly give one on one time with each student as promised.

Unfortunately we cannot prevent our Mastermind from growing and unfortunately adding new members and giving our students an equal opportunity to grow their business is not an excuse to receive a refund.

You state PLM should never had enrolled me in the 2nd course so new into the 1st course, after all, I had only been in the course a little under 2 months.

PLM is there to help not takeover

Amazon is a very complicated business, getting started on it is very intimidating PLM has made it so that I can consume bite sized amounts of information and to continue to improve my business. They are very good at being a continuous resource. They are always available if you are confused. The coaches don't talk over you and are very knowledgeable without being pompous.

PLM is a Great Coaching Program

My experience at PLM has been great.
Their course is well delivered. The instructions are clear and the system they teach is easy to follow. They are listening to students' feedback and continuously update their course to reflect the latest amazon updates.
Coach Tyler was great to work with, he answered all my questions and gave me more insight into the system. He made sure that i’m accountable to do what was needed to succeed.
Progress was slow but steady.

Save Your Money

I am writing this review with such disappointment, frustration and negative feelings of the experience Ive personally had with Private Label Mastery. There have been several aspects of this program that did not live up to the false beliefs, promises and advertising that were told to me when i signed up.
After signing up for the PLM course, shortly after I was approached to join the “Boardroom”, supposedly the Boardroom was a small group of 10 people that got to work with the 4 top coaches at PLM. I was made to believe I’d be making at least $10k a month after the first 6 months in the program and would double/triple my large investment in no time. I was also receiving one on one coaching on top
Of weekly meetings with this small group of 10 members & the Best coaches PLM had to offer! My decision to invest in this program was based on those very exact words I heard from Ashley Kinkead and believed that this could be true.
I feel like it is very crucial for companies to deliver on what they have advertised and fulfill the expectations outlined in their contracts. In my particular case, the one-on-one coaching fell far short of what was promised, with limited access to the PPC coach and a lack of communication regarding changes in the coaching staff. The release of the main coach without any call or knowledge of knowing why he was NO longer a coach for the Boardroom was lack of effort & communication to me! That coach was never replaced. Ashley Kinkead never showed up to any meeting in boardroom. Iam NoT making any money, there is now 42 Boardroom members and only 1 coach! Additionally, the failure to inform me about the important group resources, like the special chat for founding Boardroom members, further exhibits a lack of thoroughness and organization.

The discrepancy between being told that there would only be 10 members in the Boardroom and the reality of 42 members shows a clear violation of the terms that attracted me to join in the first place. This breach of trust is not only disheartening but also has done nothing but cost me a lot of time and money!
Given the numerous discrepancies and unfulfilled promises, i feel very disappointed and taken advantage of. Ive requested a refund of $24k that i have invested in the PLM program, as i have not received the value and support that were initially offered.
It is essential for businesses to be honest, upfront, with their advertising and promises that they make to individuals who are motivated to make money! PLM does not prioritize customer satisfaction and gives
People a false sense of making money, delivering excellent words & promises but PLM does not deliver on the words or promises!
I’m out a lot of time and money and I would encourage others to be AWARE OF THIS COMPANY TOO!

Of Course PLM is going to respond to my review to try and save their reputation! The fact I got this big of response from the owner says everything! Unfortunately in the training I signed up for, the actual
Owner of the PLM was supposed to be a coach to my group but never showed up once to a meeting! Just another false expectation that was told! These facts were again reasons that persuaded me to join PLM in the first place! Unfortunately their words meant nothing! It was about the money only!

Your results are entirely and completely up to you. As a member, you have an obligation to fulfill your rules of membership. In fact, quite the opposite - you have sung our team's praises in various video testimonials, you attended our live event, and our team has invested a high amount of hours into your Amazon business from various coaches. You've received excellent advice from all angles and given everything necessary to launch successful products on Amazon - the rest is up to YOU from this point.

With that said, we wish nothing but success for you. We care that your experience isn't what you expected. We'll also let our reviews from our hundreds of other students speak for themselves. I am a student of PLM

I am a student of PLM going on my third month of the course, I am very happy I decided to enroll in this course, the CEO, the coaches especially my couch Mrs. White are always available when I have any questions or need help. The modules are easy to follow, and the tools that they put to our disposition and the community they build for us are clues to the success of every student. We have 6 video calls every week to have our questions answered plus the one on one calls with our coach this is great! My experience with my coach is phenomenal, she is very knowledgeable, and she cares about my success, she is kind and she listens so she can give me the best advice to help me advance on the course. I am very pleased with her and overall with PLM! Thank you!

So let's start with " the team has spent hours trying to help me even though they have no obligations to me and they have spent more time trying to support me than many other students combined". WHAT!! You are such LIARS!! You guys obviously must have been talking to the wrong Tameka because it sure was not me. Please share with me and the people the evidence of the countless hours that you have spent to help me.

Next point, since yall shared my whack product By the way, if this product was supposed to bring in thousands of dollars, then that speaks a lot about the coaching at PLM because this is the first time I've heard that. I would have loved to know how to make that happen during my launch. You claim that the team bent over backward for me, haha that's funny. If that was the case, I probably would have been successful.

My next point and I stand by what I say, PLM pays and begs for students to write 5-star reviews. The owner and staff are manipulators and try to make you feel a certain way if you show any form of frustration. So when students are writing paid 5-star reviews most of them are just staying hopeful but in the end, they will not be successful. The owner is always encouraging a positive mindset (BUT IN A CREEPY CULTY TYPE OF WAY) so people don't even feel comfortable sharing their frustration. If they do share the comment will be deleted and they might get blocked from the course. (Mind you this is a $9,000+ lifetime course and yes they will block you from the course forever). This leads to my next point.

PLM says that "I was harassing the team and bullying some of the members and that lead to them deactivating me. Once again they are LIARS and the TRUTH is not in them. Please show me and the people the evidence of these allegations. PLM deactivated me because I wrote a 1-star review and they were not happy about that. They were afraid that I would expose the truth to the community but I did not do such a thing. They reacted off of their emotions and I am still blocked to this day.

Moving on, You said that I said that "I wanted to make a significant amount of money" Do not change my words around PLM, I did NOT say "I wanted to make a significant amount of money" Rather, that was your promise to me and countless of others, is that we will make$5,000-$10,000 per month. Once again that was a LIE.

Furthermore, PLM is saying all of this to deflect the real situation at hand. All this extra they are talking about has nothing to do with the issue that caused the 1-star review in the first place. I wrote the review because PLM LIED to me initially to get me to sign up for this program. They promise me a product that will make $5,000-$10,000 a month and that a coach will be able to assist me and hold my hand through the program. They also said that you will only need about 10 hours a week, but that is so not true you will need at least 25-30+ at least for the first year for sure. They go as far as saying, “ We have done all the work for you. We have lost all the money and wasted all the time so you won’t have to do that”. “ We have the system that works and we are going to give it to you.” Yep, that’s the LIE that’s coming out of their mouths. They even say that it’s a low start-up for inventory. $1,000-$3,000 to start. After you start the program is when you learn of all the additional fees and the reality is you will need way more than $1,000-3,000 to be able to be the entrepreneur you were promised to be with this company.

I understand the process of business and how it works. If PLM was truthful from the beginning, I would have never joined this company. They are going to come back with another rebuttal to my claims, it won't surprise me. They make their money off of our money so they have to keep feeding the lies. Do not believe the 5-star reviews. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON BBB. If not, you will find yourself in my position.

As such, Ashley Kinkead denies making the guarantees and promises you allege were made in advertisements, or in your 1-1 Breakthrough Session with the Enrollment Coach. Ashley Kinkead provides its members with the information, education, tools and access so that they can make substantial profits, however Ashley Kinkead does not claim that they are guaranteed to earn a certain amount.

The contract you signed on 07/28/2022 states:

NO REFUNDS POLICY: Private Label Mastery has a NO REFUNDS policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, CUSTOMER agrees and understands that they are foregoing the right to claim any refunds of fees paid for access and use of the Program(s) offered by PRIVATE LABEL MASTERY for any reason. PRIVATE LABEL MASTERY expects CUSTOMER to commit fully to the program for the entire duration. CUSTOMER further acknowledges that in accepting the terms of this Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of and membership in such program, CUSTOMER is taking full responsibility for THEIR OWN success. Thus, CUSTOMER agrees that they will not be entitled to a refund, except under the terms of the PRIVATE LABEL MASTERY Success Promise.

You stated: “They also offer a money-back guarantee, which I found to be misleading.”
Your contract states:

A request for refund according to the Success Promise terms is to be made in writing to Private Label Mastery within seven (7) days of your End Date at the conclusion of your six (6) month program. To claim the PRIVATE LABEL MASTERY Success Promise, you must submit written Doc evidence that you completed all of the above requirements, and it must match our internally tracked completion rates. If you elect to exercise this Promise and it is granted, you must immediately return all systems, logins and materials to Private Label Mastery.

Firstly, you launched a product (Dried Lavender) therefore you are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee program as per the contract. This product has strong income potential of over $10,000/month.

Further to your claim, We denied your lifetime access to the program material after we found evidence of you harassing our students repeatedly in our community.

Ashley Kinkead personally reached out to you and asked you to refrain from using such language and we granted you access back into the community but you repeatedly did the same thing to which we decided to formally excuse you to protect the environment of our students.

SCAM ALERT!!!

Here we go again with the endless amount of jargon spewing from the owner of PLM. Let me take a minute to follow up with the outrageous and sinister lies that you present to the world to gain financially.
Your program is not WORLD-CLASS, if it was you wouldn't be directly lying to the BBB that I don't exist as a paying customer. There would be no pressured sign-up calls promising 5-10K a month within 6 months. You say you don't promote this but I have proof that it's been said countless times coming directly from the horse's mouth, you may have forgotten but it's also all over social media.

Sorry to say, the majority of the people in this program do put the time in and are committed to making a successful business. That's not possible without proper coaching and WORLD-CLASS LEADERSHIP that deliberately makes so many false and misleading claims to everyday people like myself believing in PLM and expecting a change for the better good of ourselves and our families.

Lastly, the support was very poor, to say the least. Waiting 3-4 days to get a response if any response at all. Coaching approving products that do not sell, or gain any sort of profit or ROI. How can you pay a loan off to PLM when there are no profits? How can a business offer a service that doesn't exist?

I cannot make this up! The proof is all out there, I wouldn't be here saying any of this if it weren't true to the core. By the way, your reviews are incentivized, most 5-star reviews are paid for, so you didn't earn it as a business.

It's not easy or done overnight, and after working with thousands of people at all levels selling on Amazon.com, we know the #1 determining factor of success in a business is the entrepreneur - the student.

I felt the need to take some time to reply to each line of your review, Matt, and some of the inaccuracies here, on behalf of my team. Our team has reviewed your progress and kept close track. To be upfront, I was quite surprised by your review given the positive praises that you have given publicly and privately to our coaching staff. Our team has said you shown a lot of promise and to be frank, has laid out a clear path for your success. But here:

"They promise/promote that you will make 5k - 10K within the first 6 months."

We do not promise that you will make a set amount of money in your business. How much money you make in your business (in any business) is of course, entirely up to you - the entrepreneur.

My hope is anyone reading this agrees with that concept and if you do not, I would encourage you wholeheartedly to please NOT join the program.

Yes - our most committed students make thousands of dollars and more. Others decide it's not their cup of tea and make zero and make no return on their investment. The choice is up to you.

"It took 3 months to even get my product sourced from China and shipped to Amazon in the U.S."

This is normal and can certainly happen depending on the product and the supplier selected. My coaches advised you on other options, but you decided with this one, and it was still a fine option.

"I tried to get support from the PLM coaching team on the advertising costs and I was never helped."

This is not true. You had access to multiple live support calls per week for your campaigns, plus our entire coaching staff and 1-on-1 options at your disposal.

Our program can only accelerate and amplify what a student brings and continues to bring to the table with their business goals. The hundreds of 5-star reviews from students on this page are people who took extreme ownership of their own goals and leveraged every step of our proven process and training - both during and after the program. Period.

With that said, we wish nothing but success for you. We'll also let our reviews from our hundreds of other students speak for themselves. We hope this explains the situation better.

Best Place to learn Private Label

I am very happy to join Private Label Mastery. Perfect and very deeply coaching. All coaches are good. My coach Victoria Keithline coached me very carefully so I could understand. This place is definitely perfect for those who want to be an Amazon seller. You can learn from start to end.

I'm 4+ months into the program and I have 2 test items out with 1 almost sold out thanks to the guidence of this program. The coaches are commited to your success as long as you put the work in it and ask questions. I'm excited for my companies future and everything PLM has to teach me still.

Not a get rich quick scheme

PLM is not a gimmick, it is not fast money, and it is not a miracle maker. PLM is a strong, supportive, brilliant community that is ready to help you take control of your life. The course itself paves the way for you to add some extra income OR truly find financial independence. It’s really up to you and how much time and effort you want to give to this experience. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with Coach Victoria, who has honestly become a major cheerleader in my life. I love the support here at PLM

I love the 24hr support here at PLM, I love the momentum calls, I really appreciate having zoom for 1:1 coaching calls. The modules are self explanatory. There is a lot to learn but the coaches are there to help you out.

PLM offers detailed modules to teach you what to choose to sell, how to list it, and how to create a private label. They offer such caring support and coach you along the difficult path. They put you in contact with the good vendors and factories, and each person is left with a wealth of information you can take with you.

Just what I was looking for!

Just what I was looking for! After doing a lot of research I decided to start the PLM program. The knowledge, organization and support included in this program is INVALUABLE! It is truly a road map for success. You get to follow tasks clearly laid out for you while engaging with a strong community and getting 1-on-1 coaching support along the way (shout out to Victoria!).You get stuck? They are there to help you! You get discouraged? They are going to motivate and push you forward! They truly want you to succeed and are a joy to work with. They stay on top of all things new and changing in the ecommerce space and are always making changes to ensure student success! The only question is, will YOU take the leap and put in the work?
