SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Scam scam scam
If you know what’s right for you please don’t signup with private label mastery. This will be your worst nightmare. Being an Amazon seller takes years to be profitable, and for this company to straight up lie and say you will make 6,7 figures that quickly is a straight face lie. I’m sorry for everyone here that was lied to, scammed, lost so much and in debt, if I could replace all of that money for everyone I would. But it’s too much to count. And I’m also sorry for all the honest reviews being flagged by private label mastery due to review manipulation. sadly those are the true experience, sweat and tears of innocent people taken advantage of. This is the world we live in today. But I’m still hopeful that there are great people in this world and I’m thankful to be surrounded with kind and generous human being.

My journey to Amazon Seller

If you are looking for:
1) Learn a REAL business with the BEST in the industry, BAR-NONE
2) Detailed training
3) Your next big investment with high probabilities of success

Look no further! My experience has been nothing but wonderful. I have experience paying $2k-$10k for other e-commerce courses / coaching and although this is on the higher end, the support and resources you attain and knowledge is for a LIFETIME.

Within 6 months, I was able to launch my first product on Amazon that I am confident will earn me double what I was making at my previous job. That is over a 5x return on my investment. I don't know where else you can get that in terms of courses.

I am extremely satisfied. Although, it does take commitment, it doesn’t happen overnight and it takes time and all of your products might not make this much out of the gate. So if you are someone who wants a platform where you can work hard, actually set up a real business in a matter of months, be pushed and guided by your coach, and be presented opportunities with the best in the business, this is the place for you.

But. If you are looking for a place that will hand you income on a silver platter the next day or you expect a course to get results for you, this is not the place for you. Your results will be in your hands.

They've got world-class people on board who are genuine and want you to succeed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM

I'm writing to express my profound disappointment with the Amazon Private Label Model (PLM) course. My experience has been deeply frustrating, marked by false income claims and undisclosed details.

Last year, I responded to persuasive ads for PLM's Amazon course. The enrollment call promised private coaching, guaranteed success, and a money-back guarantee. The possibility of a discounted rate was mentioned during the call. Eager to learn, I enrolled.

Once in the course, communication with my coach was challenging, and coach changes were frequent. There was no mention of coaching expiration at enrollment. I encountered difficulties with patent issues that weren't covered sufficiently. A product was removed due to these issues, causing significant financial loss.

Despite setbacks, I pushed forward. Our second product launch was delayed, causing more financial strain. Advertising support was lacking, leading to financial losses. Seeking a refund, I was met with an aggressive response from customer service.

This experience has been disillusioning. The promises made in ads turned out to be false, causing financial losses and immense disappointment. I urge caution to others considering this course.

Positive Experience

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Private label Mastery. Ashley and the staff truly care about their students and want to do and be the best for them. the coaches at Private Label mastery have extensive experience with Amazon sales and know the business well. They explained upfront some of the additional costs not related to the program of starting an Amazon business such as the cost of goods, software, pay-per-click advertising, etc. I have found extensive support in the program through group coaching calls, one-on-one coaching, Circle (PLM's education and support platform) Zen Desk (a platform for submitting requests for assistance) and more. The education portion of PLM is broken down into bite sized chunks that are easily digestible. As with any growing business, PLM has had growth pains such as changes in staffing and handling a large influx of students, but Ashley and the team have worked hard to manage the growth and have adapted along the woy. why? Because they care about the students and about excellence.

Why PLM?

I am so pleased that I chose PLM to help me navigate the Amazon network. When I saw the presentation from PLM, I said this it what I’ve been missing and desperately need to launch an online business. PLM started with the basics and taught me their process for analyzing products. There is so much to learn and I was pleased that PLM took the time to help me through the whole process, without spending a large amount of money. I just launched my store 2 weeks ago and it is doing fantastic. I would highly recommend PLM if you are looking to launch an Amazon store. They will teach you the best way to operate and succeed with your business.

If I could rate this company a 0 start I would. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT THROW your money away. I was promised $10,000 in between 3-6 months from starting. I specifically asked about the amount of money I would have to invest to do the program and to make the $10,000 a month and all I was told was that I needed $3,500 (for inventory and subscriptions) to make long story short this is far from the truth. There are fees after fees that all they do is make you bleed money. In the sign up call they really sell you the money back guarantee but in reality is a hoax. The only thing you'll get out of this program is STRESS AND FINANCIAL RUIN. They talk about transparency and truth but there is nothing transparent nor truthful about it. They take advantage of honest, hardworking people that all they really want to do is supplement their income and spend more time with their family just like me.

PLM's #1 mission is to CHAMPION their Students!

I love how PLM's #1 mission is to CHAMPION their students and do anything they can to help you succeed. Every single coaching session I am left feeling accomplished, a clear road map of where I am going next and all of my worries rest assured. During the Sourcing phase, Coach Sarah had personally reached out to me since it had been a couple weeks to ensure I was still on track and if I had any questions, which I really appreciated because it made me feel very supported. I also love how I know whenever I am stuck or have a question, I can post on Circle or send an email to a Coach and will get a thorough response within 24 hours, helping me move forward. Starting a business can be nerve wracking and exciting at the same time and having the PLM Community has made all the difference so far and I know I wouldn't have been able to get near as far as I have without them!

Buyer Beware

I was invited to PLM's September 2023 summit. With all the problems that I have had with the company, not delivering what was promised for a very hefty price, I decided to go to the summit to see if I could have a reasonable conversation with someone in regard to the issues. AFTER I received a registration confirmation and BOUGHT AN INTERNATIONAL PLANE TICKET, my registration was cancelled. This, of course, created additional losses for me as a result of dishonest practices by PLMastery.

Following is an account of the communications and the respective timeline:

March 23: I had my "exit" call with PLM that ended my training (I STILL had not launched a product on Amazon which was GUARANTEED on the sales call)

April 24: I received an invitation to the summit. I registered for the summit. I received a confirmation for my registration

April 27: I bought an INTERNATIONAL plane ticket to Dallas.

June 18: Requested refund from PLM for "failure to deliver services promised"

June 30: Follow up to refund request (zero communication from PLM at this point)

July 3: Summit registration cancelled, in an email, by PLM. Invitation withdrawn due to no longer being an "active student"...something that should have been considered 2 months earlier, before issuing the invitation and confirming my registration, prompting my purchase of a plane ticket.

My recommendation is buyer beware!

Scam…

I’ll keep this short and sweet and just outline what applies to me in the current BBB investigation against PLM.

- Failure to sufficiently disclose extra charges associated with full participation in the six-month program.
-Alterations to the business' advertised guarantee. The business originally advertised a "money-back guarantee" but appears to no longer honor refund requests.
-Enrollment in loans without fully understanding they were entering into a financial agreement.

I was told that that there would be minimal funds needed up front and that has not been the case. On top of a 10k payment to the company (that I was told I would earn back in the next 6m), I had to sign up for several different services just to be able to use the training, as well as high costs to secure product. I requested a refund to just cut my losses and get out since this is costing way more than I was led to believe it would. My request for a refund has been ignored and I could not get ahold of anyone.

When I finally got a response, they would not refund me even though their agent deceived me and didn’t not inform me of hidden costs and fees that were required to use the program. This is a huge scam and I would stay far away.

Private Label Mastery is worth it!

Private Label Mastery is a step by step program that walks you through all the detailed information needed to begin your own Private Label FBA business. The course does take some time to get through depending on how much time you are willing to dedicate to proceed through the steps. With being mobile friendly and accessible through the app it provides easy access from anywhere. There's a wonderful support system and forum to help answer questions and give advice on every step of the program. I've enjoyed learning and understanding the process in becoming an Amazon seller and hope to continue with many more ideas for products and Private Label selling. I cannot imagine trying to do this on my own. There is so much information packed into this course! I continue to learn everyday and appreciate that I took a chance on Private Label Mastery!

The fact that they’re still running ads to get new people to pay $9k for a program despite being on the brink of bankruptcy is despicable. I got served a cease and desist letter from Ashley Kinkead’s legal team and was accused of rallying students to leave negative reviews. Trust me, when I want to leave a review, I would have no trouble doing it publicly with my name attached to it. I don’t need to sneak around and organize a smear campaign. Clearly people are upset and want to speak for themselves, and that has everything to do with their own experience of feeling misled. Do not sign up for this program, they’re about to go b-ank-rupt and yet still trying to get people to pay $9000. It’s a terrible, unethical practice and I truly hope that all the people who have lost thousands of dollars will be able to see some of their losses recuperated. Imagine hosting a client event last week and telling people PLM’s 5 year plan knowing all along that every single person in the room was going to lose so much money. This company is a huge scam. I hope that Ashley Kinkead sees her day in court for all the damage, pain, and incredible losses that she created. What a terrible, shameful way to live your life.🛑

I've thought long and hard before writing this review about this deceitful company. But after reading the owners responses to the negative reviews I must make some things clear to anyone considering this course. Firstly everyone I knew in the course worked LONG AND HARD to make this system work. Way longer than what was told during the sign up call, being anywhere between 5 to 10 hrs per week. I was working 30 to 40 hrs per week in most cases. I was GUARANTEED that I would be making 10k profit within 6 months and would cover the 10k cost of the course within that time "easily". You'll note that the responder to the reviews never addresses the lies told in the sales pitches, but only blames the student for not being good enough, or have not worked hard enough, or didn't commit fully enough. Not only is this a huge slap in the face to everyone, including myself, who poured multiple hours and additional, undisclosed money expenditure into their Amazon businesses in an effort to make the claims made by PLM come to fruition, it also highlights how easily the owner will dismiss the misery and loss she has caused to others and takes NO responsibility for the lies her sale team tells prospective students.
It truly grieves me when I see 5 star reviews go up here from students who have only been in the course a matter of weeks or maybe a couple of months. I was once there too, starry eyed, ambitious, motivated and believing what I'd been told. It's not until your about 4 or 5 months into the 6mth course that you begin to see the writing on the wall, as your bleeding money from undisclosed advertising expenses. And that's only one avenue of the bleed, there are many more. I feel it morally and ethically incumbent on any business to be honest and transparent when dealing with their clients. PLM has proven clearly and repeatedly that they have not been either. Immediate corrections in this businesses practices need to be made/enforced, refunds given to those who request them, and an open letter of apology presented for all the lies told to the multitudes.

Make sure the program is the right fit for you. The enrollment call was very misleading for me.

I signed up for the PLM program on 11/04/2022. Now that I have completed my 6 month active period with Private Label Mastery (PLM), I wanted to provide feedback about the course as a whole and specifically how it was presented to me from my first "info session" with Brittany. I believe the course was not presented to me transparently, the income projection was presented deceptively, and undue pressure was put on me to sign up and remain even after I requested a refund.

During my initial call with Brittany, I explained my situation and she suggested the course would be a great fit. I was already an active amazon private label seller and had already launched one product. I expressed my hesitation that I didn’t need this beginner type course at my particular point in the journey as an amazon seller. However she suggested that the course was perfect for me and that I could easily increase my profits to $8,000-10,000 per month. I explained to her that I already possessed knowledge of the basics of the Amazon business model and that I only needed consultation. Brittany assured me that the course was definitely relevant for existing Amazon sellers as well. I decided to sign up that day (11/04/22) and pay the $9,000 through the 18 month payment plan. Additionally I don’t remember Brittany explaining that the coaching calls were only offered for 6 months. Perhaps she mentioned it, but I do not recall, and I was disappointed to discover that at the end of my 6 month period.

After signing up I had my initial coaching call with Mir and looked through the course content and videos. I discovered I was already familiar with 90% of the information, and that this program would not be as relevant for me, especially for the $9,000. This was a few days after I signed up. So I spoke over the phone with Brittany and explained my concerns, and requested to withdraw and request a full refund based on those reasons. However, Brittany insisted that I give the course a chance and speak with another coach Sarah before making a final decision. Again I expressed my desire to not continue, but again she insisted that I speak with Sarah and withhold from withdrawing today. I trusted her and agreed to meet with Sarah.

During the coaching call with Sarah, I explained the situation and reiterated that I didn't feel the whole program was relevant for me at this point. She said she felt the course would in fact be relevant for me and immediately began offering me great advice of ways I could improve my product listing, PPC, strategy, etc. I still hesitated because I felt I would be paying for an entire course, when in reality I only needed one part of the course--the coaching calls. She said for me to "give us a chance", and I said okay and implemented some of her advice the next few days. The advice she provided proved to be useful so I decided to trust her and give the PLM course a chance and remain registered for the full amount.

The next 6 months I continued through the program by watching the videos and participating in the coaching calls. As I suspected, I was very familiar with 90% of the information in the course. The coaching calls did provide some helpful advice, but the value of that advice was nowhere near the $9,000 I paid and the expectations set before me during the enrollment calls.

All in all I am disappointed with what I received from the course in light of how it was presented to me from the beginning. During the enrollment call I was told the course would be extremely relevant for my circumstance as an already active Amazon seller, and I did not find much value in the course content at all. Even after explaining multiple times during the enrollment calls that I did not believe the course was relevant for me, and requesting a refund multiple times, I experienced undue pressure to continue the course, and I did not find the value that was promised to me.

Professional and intentional.

While I’m still earlier on in the process with PLM, I’m impressed with each aspect of the experience to this point, and I’d venture to say I’ll continue to be impressed. My coach is undeniably caring, intentional, and knowledgeable on all things necessary for client success, and for someone like myself who goes all in or nothing, I like when I can receive the same efforts in return. I am certainly not disappointed yet, and I don’t plan or expect to be. Grateful I decided to make this move, and I plan on seeing it through with PLM to my full potential, likely beyond what I initially aimed for, with dedication and the support of the team and my coach.

(If you’re teetering on the idea, my advice as a counselor/social worker and woman of sincerity, just take the jump. We are only going to see our goals reached if we believe in, and take the necessary steps & guidance toward getting there).

Satisfaction rates 11/10 so far. Let’s get it! 🤍

A Cautionary Tale: Private Label Mastery (PLM) - Broken Promises and Misrepresentation

As an aspiring entrepreneur seeking guidance to navigate the intricacies of the e-commerce world, I was hopeful that Private Label Mastery (PLM) would be the key to unlock my success. However, my experience with the PLM program has been nothing short of a devastating disappointment, marked by a barrage of lies, false promises, and intentional misrepresentation.
From the outset, PLM made audacious claims that lured me in with the promise of a 100% success rate, guaranteed to help me achieve a substantial monthly income of $5,000 to $10,000 by the end of the 6-month program. Regrettably, this guarantee was nothing more than a clever marketing ploy, as I soon discovered that it held no substance whatsoever. My business growth remained stagnant, and the much-touted financial success proved elusive.
One of the glaring misrepresentations that I encountered was the assurance of nine one-on-one sessions with coaches. To my dismay, these sessions were shockingly brief, lasting only 30 minutes each. This paltry amount of time was woefully inadequate for addressing the complexities and challenges faced by fledgling entrepreneurs like myself. The coaching sessions, touted as a pillar of support, left me feeling isolated and ill-equipped to tackle the hurdles in my business journey.
Moreover, PLM touted an abundance of unlimited resources at my disposal. Yet, this was a deceptive ruse, as the so-called "resources" merely comprised a network of fellow students, each grappling with their own queries and uncertainties. These interactions failed to offer any tangible tools, strategies, or valuable insights promised by PLM during the recruitment process.
Additionally, the program concealed essential details regarding the extra expenses I would incur after enrollment. I was shocked to learn that the "investment" I had made was far from comprehensive, as I was required to pay additional fees for platforms like Helium 10. This omission of critical information felt like a betrayal of trust, as I had believed that my initial payment of $9,000 covered all necessary costs.
Furthermore, PLM's weekly meetings with coaches were a source of great frustration. Rather than receiving the in-depth knowledge and guidance they had pledged, these meetings were repetitive and lacked any new information. The promised teachings on global sourcing were a mere facade, as the coaches only focused on sourcing from China, disregarding valuable opportunities beyond these borders.
The pinnacle of their misleading practices culminated in the assurance of unconditional support from coaches. However, this promise turned out to be nothing but an illusion.
Even worse, I was enticed into joining their Boardroom program, lured by promises of exclusive access to a select group of elite students and top-tier coaches. However, this enticing proposition proved to be yet another facade, as the Boardroom failed to deliver on numerous fronts.
Promised one-on-one coaching and private calls with coaches never materialized, leaving me feeling deceived and abandoned. The much-hyped weekly guest speakers were scarce, with monthly engagements failing to provide the level of insight and mentorship expected. The VIP/Special event, touted as an exclusive opportunity, was disappointingly lackluster, devoid of any meaningful seminars or valuable connections.
Moreover, PLM claimed that the Boardroom program would consist of a maximum of 16 carefully selected participants. Yet, the actual number of participants ballooned to 30, diluting the quality of the experience and revealing another broken promise.
Furthermore, the commitment to having a minimum of 4 dedicated coaches for the Boardroom was far from reality. Only one coach remained exclusively devoted to the Boardroom, while another coach constantly shifted between the PLM and Boardroom programs. The abrupt departure of Anthony Ceraldi, a coach who had been promoted, further exacerbated the lack of transparency and honesty within the organization.
Ultimately, the promise of coaches providing personalized advice by examining my Amazon account for sales improvement was another false pledge. This lack of attention and follow-through only deepened my disillusionment with PLM.
In conclusion, my experience with Private Label Mastery has been an arduous and disheartening journey, fraught with deception, broken promises, and unfulfilled potential. I feel compelled to warn aspiring entrepreneurs to approach PLM with utmost caution and skepticism. Their marketing tactics may be alluring, but the reality is a far cry from the dream they sell.

****Yet another Unethical business out to get your money at all cost. The promises of income potential made during the enrollment process are 100% false! Unless you are able to pay the enormous cost for the program AND come up with several thousands of dollars to cover inventory, it would be impossible to generate the income levels they PROMISE. I (and my spouse) were specifically told 5K-10K per month within 6 months, with little to no additional investment on a Zoom call. If I was given an accurate account of the real income potential I would have never found myself involved as my situation now would not allow for this type of investment without crippling my family. If it was not for the Money Back Guarantee they continued to insist and that I would be making enough to cover the cost of enrollment right away, I would have never found myself in this situation. I’m not sure how they are able to get away with the false promises to honest families, but I do know reviews like this will help. Everything that was promised during enrollment proved to be false from the amount of money it would cost to the time you would have to dedicate to the support they would provide. I have reached out to PLM with no response. Just beware, many companies are like this but this one is particularly brave in the recruitment process with the amount of false information they will provide about the income that is realistic in the industry for a startup business. Still trying to process how they can operate with such false business practices and stealing from hard working families. Disgusting!!!!!!

All 5 star reviews were incentivized with $100-250 gift cards early in process when most students still have faith in what PLM feeds you. Once you’re in it and experience the reality, every one of the students I know sees and feels the truth and all are in great financial debt. Beware. Use your 10k investment in yourself, not this program. PLM was suspended from Better Business Bureau and is in investigation as of July 2023. Don’t do it.

Disappointed

When I first enrolled in the PLM course program, I was filled with optimism and eager anticipation. As a current Amazon owner, I had a clear understanding of my needs and the skills I was hoping to refine through this educational venture. The prospect of becoming a private label owner was thrilling, and I believed the PLM course program would be the perfect springboard for this new phase in my professional life.

I joined the course not as a novice but as someone who has navigated the complex waters of online selling. I was prepared to invest not only my money but also my time and effort. However, the course experience, unfortunately, fell short of my expectations.

The initial stages of the program seemed promising. The structure was seemingly well-laid, the materials looked comprehensive, and the plans that were presented gave me high hopes for a robust and enriching learning experience. But as time progressed, my initial excitement gave way to a growing sense of disappointment.

An exclusive "boardroom" program that I opted into - at an extra cost - turned out to be a short-lived benefit. Instead of the small, focused setting that I was promised, I soon found myself in a sea of new enrollees, rehashing the same basic concepts that were covered at the start of the course. This was a far cry from the advanced, specialized knowledge I was seeking as an existing business owner.

Instead of being a platform for growth and expansion into private label ownership, the PLM course program became a source of frustration. I found myself constantly questioning the value I was receiving, particularly given the significant investment I had made.

My journey with the PLM course program has been a stark reminder that not all that glitters is gold. I caution potential enrollees to thoroughly research and consider all aspects before committing to this program. It's a significant investment of time, effort, and money - resources that may be better spent elsewhere.

For those looking at this course as a golden ticket to private label ownership, I advise proceeding with caution. Based on my experience, the PLM course program does not live up to its promises and, unfortunately, it has left me deeply disappointed.

PLM, I see no necessity for you to respond to my review. After perusing all of your responses, it's clear that anyone leaving negative feedback is, according to you, in the wrong. It's concerning to note a pattern of blaming students rather than acknowledging possible areas for your own improvement.
