Great price on Shimano bike parts. Authentic parts!

Good communication with seller, package arrived ahead of schedule, well-wrapped.

This was my first order with Plaza Japan. I had to order a bit more than I initially wanted due to the tariffs. Still, the prices are so good on most items that these the tariff costs were offset top a large degree by the low prices.

My order arrived in New York surprisingly quickly and it was all very well packaged.

Overall. a very good deal and also, I did have a few emails with Plaza Japan prior to buying... they were always polite and informative. I'll definitely be buying again from them as well as recommending them to other model railroaders.

I just purchased a train model from plaza Japan which is a train model of Keisei 3100 sky access line 10th year anniversary set. The product is fine except the front car which is a defective product. It is obvious to see that the structure of the front car has a deforming part. I am unsure why this happened, but I can confirm that must be the problem on either producer or retailer selling second hand product(theory, not the fact). Although I know my problem might be difficult or impossible to solve for retailer, I hope retail should also focus on some after sell service such as warranty, refund, complaint. I also hope that retailer is able to contact the manufacturer about the issue of the model.

Fast shipping, I received my correct order, very professional. Also good prices. I would buy from here again. My purchase was hexa gear, last year I think.

The original delivery was lost in the postal company, and they return my money. The company is very serius. I will continue buy, good prices.

The package arrive very quickly after it was shipped and it's exactly what I ordered. My only complaint is that it took about a month and a half for the order to get processed and shipped. Overall, I still think it's worth it!

ordered my "Pokemon Center Original How Many Woopers Will Fit? Clodsire Callenge" since April 13 2026, and it came April 22 2026. The price are so reasonable compared to other sites. I was looking to upgrade my DC HO scale trainset and had seen several videos for the KATO Soundbox, Plaza Japan had all the recommended components,(Plus I ordered the wifi remote) Their part recommendations ensured I had the right parts to make the conversion easier by identify what was needed/recommended. Great range of Tamiya parts. Would have given 5 stars if it was not for the relatively high shipping costs.

The website was easy to navigate, with good descriptions of the products and their availability. I ordered two 1/72 models at a reasonable price. The items shipped quickly and arrived a few days later; very fast even having to deal with customs. Overall, an execllent company to do business with and one that I will definitely use again.

This review is unprompted, as a Dutch customer I've placed several orders here now including some pre-orders, they have many products and typically a decent stock too, wishlist and notification options for items currently not in stock and do an amazing job packaging the shipments.

I have to pay a bit extra because I have to pay import taxes and shipping fees, but considering the quality of service, products available, excellent packing/shipping it's very much worth it.

As such I highly recommend Plaza Japan for your collectibles even for international customers!
