Ordering from Ireland, took just under two weeks but the products quality is excellent and i couldnt be happier with my purchase!! It's cheep enough for what they are selling (in comparison to other websites that sell similar things) but you will have to pay customs charges so be aware of that! definitely worth though!

First time shopping with Plaza Japan, was looking for a specific figure kit that everyone else was out of stock or ended up not getting stock of, Plaza Japan was the only company that showed inventory, so I took a chance and made the order, and it was smooth all the way from getting on the website through to it arriving at my door today in just 3 business days and with the lowest shipping rate with FedEx45 because the import tax is include in the shipping rate so 1 less hassle, to the USA I've seen out of Japan

This was my first order with Plaza Japan. I had to order a bit more than I initially wanted due to the tariffs. Still, the prices are so good on most items that these the tariff costs were offset top a large degree by the low prices.

My order arrived in New York surprisingly quickly and it was all very well packaged.

Overall. a very good deal and also, I did have a few emails with Plaza Japan prior to buying... they were always polite and informative. I'll definitely be buying again from them as well as recommending them to other model railroaders.

I just purchased a train model from plaza Japan which is a train model of Keisei 3100 sky access line 10th year anniversary set. The product is fine except the front car which is a defective product. It is obvious to see that the structure of the front car has a deforming part. I am unsure why this happened, but I can confirm that must be the problem on either producer or retailer selling second hand product(theory, not the fact). Although I know my problem might be difficult or impossible to solve for retailer, I hope retail should also focus on some after sell service such as warranty, refund, complaint. I also hope that retailer is able to contact the manufacturer about the issue of the model.
