Attractive plants arrived in good condition.

The holly bushes that I ordered from Plant Addicts were beautiful and healthy upon arrival and delivery was quick. The site was easy to use and offered lots of tips for taking care of just about any kind of plant you could imagine. They even give a one-year guarantee on purchases and their prices were very reasonable. I like that it's a family-run nursey and their customer service is top notch! Highly recommend them!

Pretty upsetting to receive a plant I waited indefinitely for, especially after spending far more than I would have at a place like Home Depot, only for it to arrive with no full-bloom flowers at all and the flowers on there, dead. I reached out hoping for either a replacement or at least a partial refund, but the responses I received were less than helpful and honestly disappointing. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and customer service.

Easy to order, fast shipping and great tracking ability along its journey until delivery. Not sure if it's possible to better ensure the safe and fragile handling for future deliveries. 3 of the limbs were broken from the shipping carrier, but there were plenty of others that were still intact. We are certain this beautiful plant will deliver many years of future blooms and flowers.

I was treated as an important customer. They responded to me in a quick manner . They came up with a fair and generous resolution to my problem ! True old fashioned customer service ! Highly recommend!

This is a follow up to a review I left a week ago. I can't say enough good things. First, I found the tree I was looking for, which is, apparently, somewhat hard to find, but Plant Addicts had 2, and the cost was reasonable. They were delivered quickly and, although one came damaged, due to an issue w/the packaging, that was all sorted out quickly and easily. I got a replacement tree, and the 2 trees that were in good shape look great. One is already growing new leaves. I planted the damaged one anyway, and hoping it will come back. In any case, the customer service was excellent, and I so appreciate that. You don't find that too often anymore. When looking for more plants/trees, I'll definitely start w/Plant Addicts. They get a great big GOLD STAR from me!

Even though most things were sold out as we are late ordering, there was still a great selection for our needs. Very easy to order.

I received my hibiscus in perfect shape. The shipping container was protective and the external messaging on the box let delivery folks know that it needed special treatment. My plant is gorgeous and loaded with blooms. This is a birthday gift from my sister and it is greatly appreciated.

I’m always iffy about ordering plants online but Plant Addicts is one company I trust to deliver beautiful, healthy plants. My sweetbay magnolias are doing great and now I have a beautiful American Hornbeam to nurture and grow.
