Great healthy plants delivered as promised they are gorgeous!

Quick & curyeous service. Trees arrived packaged very securely and they look beautiful. I will order from you again l, and highly recommend you to others.

I placed my order, received notification of order, and again when shipped. One day's delay, but advised of such, and plant arrived in tip-top condition. Planted into pot yesterday, and caring for it tenderly. Can hardly wait to see it bloom with those amazing blossoms and pumpkins to follow.

The plants that I previously ordered arrived today and looked healthy so I am taking a chance and ordering a few more( and the free shipping helped)!

I just discovered Plant Addicts this spring and I have already purchased several times. The plants arrive healthy and in good condition. I am particularly impressed with their above and beyond honesty and service regarding the Ninja Hosta that they offered a complete refund once they discovered they may have a hosta virus! Just FYI, I order the pots only as I don't want small plants.

I finally broke down and purchased some quality planters for my front yard. So, I needed plants and turned to Plant Addicts to fulfill my needs. I did my own selection, but I did have a question on one plant and used the 'chat' feature on their excellent website. She was able to confirm my selection. I pre-ordered about 15 plants and they arrived the week they said they would (May 18th). I was nervous about 'mail-order' plants, but they arrived unharmed (though FEDEX can't read the "Plants, This Side Up" on the side of the box). I liked the way they were protected. Only one plant was missing due to an out of stock/plant quality issue. Never fear, on the same day they arrived, I used 'Chat' again to get a replacement plant chosen and shipped for free. I can't speak to the flower quality yet, but I'm thinking all will be good based on the many reviews I read. Looking forward to next year, assuming all goes well this year.

A new customer, I ordered a rose plant from Plant Addicts and it was impeccable when it was delivered; no plant damage, no wilting, no yellowing, very healthy, with multiple buds, bloomed in 2 weeks. Great selection of beautiful plants and easy online ordering.

Two of the three plants I ordered were received in pristine condition. One plant that looked as it would have also been pristine was packaged poorly & arrived damaged. Eli resolved this issue quickly & a replacement plant is on its way. This Is my first time ordering from Plant Addicts, and I couldn't be happier with the plants & customer service. I expect to be a repeat customer.

Attractive plants arrived in good condition.

The holly bushes that I ordered from Plant Addicts were beautiful and healthy upon arrival and delivery was quick. The site was easy to use and offered lots of tips for taking care of just about any kind of plant you could imagine. They even give a one-year guarantee on purchases and their prices were very reasonable. I like that it's a family-run nursey and their customer service is top notch! Highly recommend them!

Pretty upsetting to receive a plant I waited indefinitely for, especially after spending far more than I would have at a place like Home Depot, only for it to arrive with no full-bloom flowers at all and the flowers on there, dead. I reached out hoping for either a replacement or at least a partial refund, but the responses I received were less than helpful and honestly disappointing. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and customer service.
