The hibiscus was beautiful and in good shape. It had several buds on it which are opening soon. It was delivered upside down even though the box was clearly marked on all side "this way up" but fortunately it was ok. The price was very reasonable.

I have received so many plants from them and they all have been beautiful. They have such a great selection of plant that you can find what fits your needs. I’m so happy I found plant addicts. I have no need to order from any other place.

Late in the winter, I started to plan for spring planting in containers on the front porch. Considering the location, sunlight, temperature and most importantly perennials would be the answer.
I searched the internet to become familiar with what would fit the small location, using Plant Addicts as my first go to for possibilities. Always knowing it is a broad resource for plants - and they did not disappoint with a most recent order. Clematis have become a big interest and I found just the ideal colors and size.
Clematis are know for tall flowering vining plants. However, searching through Plant Addicts, I found three varieties that would 'fit' in containers without becoming overwhelming for the space.
Once ordered, they arrived in good time for the weather. Their conditions were lovely and packed well. However, a couple of days after planting them, I noticed one had bent stems. I reached out to CS and received the most wonderful response from Renzo. He walked me through how to care for the plant, with the hopes of it pulling thru and thriving - It is doing great. Strong growth, flower buds setting and I could not be happier. Thank you Renzo.
Then came a second plant of the three, which decided it was not going to thrive. The other two, doing very well, but one took a turn. Again, I reached out to Renzo. We discussed the planting location, conditions for the mulching and waterings. All was just what should be ideal for its survival. However, within a few days it was gone.
On both issues, bent stems and dying leaves, I offered pictures so Renzo would see what I saw. As a result, a new clematis is on its was and I am sure it will be a thriver.
Thank you Renzo and all the people you work with. I have never had an issue, unanswered question or shortage of knowledgable people to chat with to address any and all concerns. I recommend Plant Addicts to everyone who loves plants - both indoors and outdoors.

I am amazed at how healthy and beautiful these plants arrived. I’ve never seen plants this healthy anywhere at a store. Am planting them today and looking forward to watching them grow.They also come packaged very nicely and with a divider system in the box to keep them separate, and the box is super sturdy.This is a company that strives for the best customer service and healthiest plants.Hooray for them!!!
