Order was sent to old/incorrect address…

Order was sent to old/incorrect address even though all my information had previously been changed to new mailing address. Took weeks to get here and had to pay ($6.55) to get it out of USPS jail. Some items were gifts that instead of hand delivering I now have to mail and spend more $. Prior order was sent to correct (new) address so not sure why there was issue with this order. I still love Pink Lily

Darling sweatshirt

Great, fast, accurate customer service! I was unsure of which size to get in the Queen of the Classroom sweatshirt. Customer service replied to my email quickly. I am beyond frustrated

I am beyond frustrated. I used to shop with this company a lot and was always able to easily get through to customer service. I placed my first order and quite a while and the quality wasn’t great so I had to do some returns. I had to pay $7.95 extra just to get a refund back on my credit card. Then when I got the email saying my return was in process, it stated that I would be getting a store credit. I’ve sent two different emails to try to get this resolved and never hear anything back. It literally feels like a scam now.

UPDATE 7/17/25: cannot reply back to your email bc I do not have an email from you like I stated. I’ve checked all my trash, spam etc. I emailed twice. Is there a direct email address or phone number where I can get in touch with you? Both times when I sent the email I have to fill out a form on your website so I don’t have the email in my sent folder. Y’all used to have a phone number and I could email you directly. It’s so sketchy now and 7.95 to refund me for the product I returned to you?! No thank you ma’am. Never again.
