I have to hand it to their Customer Service! I placed my order and it arrived quickly. Beautiful item, done just as I requested but there was slight damage to the frame.. within no time at all, I received a tracking order for a replacement which arrived super quick and was in pristine condition. I am extremely pleased overall, the print is exactly as it looked on the website and I am so excited to gift it.

I did email to say how disappointed I was with my product. I know it didn't say that it came with any verification of the Apollo 11 moonshot, but I thought it may have a little sticker to confirm. I could have spent a lot less money on Amazon for equivalent quality. Unfortunately I have no access to return it. Sorry overpriced.
