A company that truly cares about its customers
I recently ordered a photobook from PicsMe and, to be honest, the first one I received wasn’t very good. However, I was really impressed with how their customer service handled the situation. They responded quickly, were understanding, and sent me a replacement without any hassle.
The new photobook turned out absolutely amazing – the print quality was beautiful, the colours were clear and vibrant, and the overall finish felt really high quality.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company fixes them that really matters, and PicsMe definitely got it right. I’m so happy with the final result and would happily order from them again!

Very poor service and quality
Very poor service, the quality of the images is pretty bad, I sent hi-quality and hi-res images and the final results turned out lacking sharpness, with some unwanted white borders showing up. It looks cheap. I would not use it if you care for good photography.

Hi Arthur, I apologies this has happened. The white boarders are on the designs you approved. Sometimes this happens in the editor if the images uploaded are not snapped right to the end.
The Printing quality is clearly our fault. But either way we will refund or reprint correctly. Just get in touch and it will be sorted.
We print using latest printing technology, so we have no excuses for the print not looking as it should.

Great for photo books
I’m so impressed with this company. I wanted to make a book for someone, and tried several sites who advertise heavily. All of them were considerably more expensive, and their website functionality was nowhere near as good. Delivery was really quick, quality is excellent and I’ll be recommending PicsMe to everyone.

Creating the calendar was simple and quick with helpful guidance. The templates were useful too.
The cost was brilliant and the quality exceptional. I contacted customer services prior to making another large order and they replied quickly.

Not so great on timing
I ordered a photobook and there was two attempted deliveries in two consecutive days, then all of a sudden, there were no updates anymore. I have sent two emails to Picsme to inquire about the location of the package and have received absolutely no replies!!
Also, their email is their only source of contact on their website which makes it so inconvenient when they don't reply.
Now I believe my package is lost in transit, and I have no way of contacting Picsme because it supposedly seems like they do not bother about their emails at all!

I did finally receive an email back from them and they reprinted the book to be delivered again even with a refund. So kudos to them for taking proper action!
