The last time I used this service was 10 years ago. And the quality has not changed in the 10 years since. Delighted with my book!

This was the second time I've used Solentro and the finished books have been truly amazing. A really good product. I must also mention the customer service which for me has been second to none. Thank you Solentro.

I absolutely love my Grandson's 18th birthday book. I had fun creating it (once I got the hang of how the website works.) Then, as a family, at his birthday dinner, we reminisced for ages talking about all the memories and had such a laugh. Thank you.
I would really like to order another copy of the book (for his mum) who just loved it. How do I do that at the reduced price?

Easy to use and great results. I had a few queries and received prompt responses and support.

Product is awkward to use initially, difficult to get to grips with. However once mastered it becomes much more interactive. Biggest feature missing is without doubt a "Undo" button. If you make a mistake then it simply reverts to the previous setup by clicking on "undo". The existing arrangement is extremely nerveracking and cumbersome in this particular regard.
Email enquiries to customer support are answered quickly and effectively.
I wanted to add videos to my hardcopy book (which is obviously impossible) and they way round it is by generating QR codes and putting them into the book. The video can then be watched alongside the book via your smartfone. BUT - instructions on how to do this were difficult to find and eventually I had to resolve it myself.
Only the most expensive books have the quality to accept colour images - this was not made clear.
Finally - the prices are outrageous if you buy without any offers or vouchers. Almost prohibitive.
Wait as long as it takes for seasonal adverts to appear offering massive discounts - this makes the final price more bearable.
On the day of delivery - I was nervous. I had spent over a decade preparing my autobiography (PS: make sure you get someone independent to proof read before pressing "publish"). - but it was worth it! The quality was above expectations. Well done Solentro.

Yes great way of printing your own books. Easy to upload and edit text. Printed copies are of a high standard. Although for colour interior print, the price is way too high. B&W (basic) is the only reasonable price option.

Overall a good experience which was easy to use (when I’d got the hang of it) and punctual. My complaints are about the relatively basic functionality of the book making process and the price (which is understandable). The quality of the finished product is high.

Although my original hard-back cover order was not properly printed, their customer service team were incredibly understanding and helpful with fixing and resending an amended copy with the issues fixed. The software and flexibility of the website designer is incredibly user friendly.

Only thing I'd say is offering more font options, but thats nor here nor there.

I would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a place to publish a book for themselves or as a gift to family or a significant other.

Text and writing perfectly

I ordered 3 copies of the book last year for my family. Excellent service then. I decided I needed another copy and the process was so easy. I had the book within a few days. The book was my dad’s memoirs and he was so made up with it. We lost him in September so having the book is especially important now. Thankyou Solentro.
