I wish I had discovered Picsme years ago!
Over the years I have used 4 companies who produce photo-books and most do a reasonable job. This year I discovered Picsme and I will be staying with them in the future. The production quality was good, the customer service was excellent, the speed of production and delivery was excellent and the pricing was highly competitive. I could not ask for more.

Really good quality
Really good quality. I have purchased many books and they are always well printed and they make them on a really quick time. I had a problem once and the help was amazing, they offered many books to solve the problem and never failed to answer.
I recommend this a thousand time!

First time ordering a photobook
First time ordering a photobook, to give as a gift. I've done my own design; there were many options of background, styles and clipart to choose from. It just arrived..and I love it! Some of my pics were screenshots, so wasn't expecting much as bad resolution, but it's way better than I thought; good quality. Order was smooth (the only issues was after all the design done, I realised it could be an A5 size, but couldn't change it, so redone all again). Quick delivery and good price (other companies would take way longer and way more money for the same). Experiences can differ, but right now I would definitely recommend.

Poor Customer service, Dreadful Quality product
I ordered10 hard back photo books of a stag weekend In Amsterdam on April 28th so I can present them at my mates wedding on May 16th.
I paid for faster delivery also…l recieved a total of 4!! These were fabulous quality but obviously 6 short!
On emailing pics-me they promised a quick turnaround of the outstanding order…
I then recieved 10 books but not one was fit to give anyone…partly because all 10 had bubbling on the spines front and back due to dreadful lamination and damage also where they had been poorly packed…
On emailing pics-me again last Friday I requested to make it easier please print in softback but need them for this Thursday…
Finally I recieved an email yesterday saying if I wanted them redone in softback I would need to re-order and they would refund me 😳
I travel this Thursday to the wedding obviously with nothing to present as promised and feel extremely disappointed at the poor customer service and absolutely abysmal quality of the books sent to me…QC should have never let them leave the factory.
I would strongly advise against using this company especially if you need an order with a certain timeframe…dreadfully 0 stars

Absolutely brilliant book
Absolutely brilliant book. I wanted a small book of my art cards and it came out stunning. They are soft watercolour images, so I was a bit worried about glossy paper but the images are great. Highly recommend.

I do find the editing a bit fiddly though.
I wish there was a way of deleting individual pages as I didn't need 40 pages so I have lots of blanks at the end of the book.
