The Smart Drive I received was of really poor quality and did not work fully and information on website is misleading. Their attitude with regards my concerns and they refused my request for a return and refund, even though they took money for an extended warranty which is worthless. Do Not Buy from this company.

I placed/purchase my $107.70 order with Phoxfer.com on 7/13/24.

After receipt, I contacted Phoxfer on 08/14/24 with a picture of the return pkg and was told I would receive a refund in 5 business days. However, I have never received any refund.

I contacted Phoxfer on 8/14/24 to notify that I would be shipping the drives on 8/17/24 and send photo of the return package. I went into hospital in September 2024 to have my 4th cancer biopsy surgery of the summer.

By the first of November my husband asked about the return credit and when I looked, I saw no credit. Again, I contacted Phoxfer about my return.

On 11/06/24, Jerdine of Customer Support responded that Phoxfer had just issued my refund $107.70 that would post on my act within five (5) business days.

Jerdine asked the reason for the return and I explained that due to the models of our phones, we were unable to use them.

On 11/07/24, Jacky of Customer Support thanked me for the feedback that would help the company be better at what they do.

Since these communications with Phoxfer, I have never received my refund. I have called and written to customer support email to Donna (ticket #1257643) and someone named EDNOL who is supposed to be a supervisor but I have never heard back from anyone by this name, and another person named Victor who doesn’t have a clue about the job he is doing, I have no idea how he even draws a paycheck, just worthless. If anyone cares, just read the emails he wrote to me.

But folks, Phoxfer is not a reputable company and I advise you to spend your money elsewhere; I certainly wish I had done so since I gave them a chance and I returned their products on my own dime and they never refunded my money. Bad business practices all the way around. I guess they are all crooks like so many in this world. It wont always be this way!

It's a scam. The cheap product foesnt even get recognised on my device. Just a cheap memory stick from china. I paid 65 pounds ouch I'm now checking my account.

PHOXFER should be investigated for fraud. It is a complete scam. They say it works on all devices: iPhone, iPad, Android. It didn't work on my iPhone, iPad, and didn't even plug in to my Android. They offer a money back guarantee, but big surprise, they found a loophole and won't send my money back. Criminals!

Dont even think about dealing with this entity , The item sent was not as advertised and had the appearance of a cheep Chinese memory stick that did not fit . In addition to this I discovered they had put a repeat charge ,every month onto my credit card . I managed to find that in time and stop it but I am wondering if they can do this once perhaps they will so it again. I returned the memory stick for a full credit but the return address the gave me did not exist so now Im down the return postage as well. I have kept screen shots of every transaction so I f anyone in the USA Knows how to report this scam please let me know . My NZ land line is +6275432195
They claim they have made a 50% refund and I can keep their junk product but I have not seen any refund and such an offer is not acceptable I want nothing less than the full price plus the postage.

I have returned Phoxfer product, which I bought from them. Lot of problem making it work. As per the customer support, I returned the product for refund. They are supposed to refund back to my CC- email from August 6th says, refund is done but nothing is credited to my account till now. Not letting me know the status. Very unprofessional. Phoxfer should be investigated by proper California investigated their unfair practices.

I wish I read these reviews before…
I placed my order on August 15th and never received a confirmation yet they deducted the amount from my account. I’ve been trying to reach them since via email, phone, chat and nothing..So, after reading these emails it all makes sense.
Now I’m disputing the charge and hopefully getting my dollars back

Nothing received, no emails, no contact and no answer to any calls or attempts to contact them. Out of pocket and I know now that Phoxfer is a total out and out scam. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES.

Doing business with Phoxfer is a NIGHTMARE
I tried to modify an order and they refused
I tried to cancel an order and they refused
I never received merchandise and they refused to give me a refund
After 60 days they are only giving me a partial refund
Do not do business with them They are a scam

Was thinking of buying this product and I do research of this product and find this site trust pilot and see the real reviews
No Thanks and I remember buying a different product in advertising on Facebook and was scammed.
So do research the product before you buy anything on Facebook,Youtube and Instagram. RESEARCH!

This product is not as advertised. Promised high quality product, high volume of storage, encryption, password protection. None were true, including the review. Had trouble from the start even with using PayPal for protection. Credit card rejected, so thought that would be cancelled. Then Phoxfer put the charge through again, this time PayPal allowed it to go through from checking account, which was not the choice I selected. Feel this to be a fraudulent business practice. Items ordered on 6/30/24, delivered on 7/19/24 by delivery service that threw the package at the front porch.

Phoxfer was going to be the place where I could store my cellphone data. What a lie !!! My order has been arriving since jun 18, but I have not yet received it. So I guess I have lost the moneybI paid. I am just posting this so they do not fool the public again. Shame on them !!!

Iphone will connect, tried calling helpline, no response, tried emailing, address I had stated my order number was not recognized.
I have tried unit on an older iphone and iemc files do not appear to be copying across.

I ordered three units on 29 June and immediately noticed my mobile contact wasn't included. Emailed them and they replied that they managed to amend the shipping document. Was sent a tracking document which was useless as there were no details of the progress while in transit.

On 14 July the tracking had one entry "returned to sender" without any reasons. I immediately wrote to the above who had assisted but an auto email reply mentioned that the ticket is no more active as the case was closed. Instead I was asked to email to : heyhelp.cc which I did.

I was given two options either Refund or they would resend the items ordered. I chose refund as I was not going to wait another 14 days.

It was a pleasant surprise that they refunded the full amount within 72hours. I am giving them three stars for their customer service and I didn't get scam !!
I have gotten my money back.

I was sent an email advising that I could track my purchase of 3 Phoxfer. Twenty days later, the tracker seems to be permanently stuck halfway through the delivery process. An email to phoxfer was returned as undeliverable, so I guess I chalk that purchase up to experience. Didn’t think I would ever be taken in by a scam, but there you go!

I ordered the backup device on 27 June and received two emails that day: the first acknowledging my order (the cost was £54.94) and the second saying the order was 'ready to be collected' by their courier.

The estimated shipping time to Europe was said to be 5 - 9 Business Days. As I have heard nothing since, It has now come to light a cone, and Facebook is allowing this advert to continue on their site (shame on them).

I paid € 174,31 to Phoxfer by creditcard and never received the good where I payed for.

I didn’t have to buy one of these to realize right away that it’s a scam. First of all, 64 GB is not very much storage. Even anyone with two brain cells working in concert with any knowledge about data storage capacity will be able to figure this out in a hurry. Looking further on in the ad there are these so-called “reviews“, supposedly “verified“, but they all have common names like David S., Karen P. And so on. In other words common first names, and just the initial of the last name on every single one. These are huge red flags folks. Then there’s the big “60% off” spiel but the price is not revealed until you press the buy button and it’s obvious that the “regular” price is jacked way up - MADE UP, in other words. I can buy a 4 TB external hard drive with connections that will fit into any device for less than $100. At the price for this memory stick it would cost thousands to get enough sticks to make 4 TB. Do the math. It would take 64 of these 64 GB memory sticks to make 4 TB of storage. Multiply 64 times approximately $35 and that’s almost $2000. I feel bad for those who did not realize immediately what a scam this is. And I hope that not too many bought more than one memory stick from this obscenely predatory company that simply takes your money, sends no product and then disappears off the face of the earth.
