Received this the other day and went to try it. The spray doesn't work at all, what a lot of rubbish! I've contacted them but no response. The bottle is completely sealed with no way of getting the product out to another spray bottle – please DO NOT be fooled into buying this from this company. They are not reliable at all. Spread the word – Third Avenue Cosmetics are a scam… taking your money and offering products that are faulty with no return options.

Terrible customer service. I bought a hair-identifying spray bottle that arrived three weeks late and damaged. The spray mechanism doesn't work, and there's no way to transfer the product to another container. I contacted the company within an hour of receiving the product, providing a video as proof of the damage. They offered me either a 50% refund or the option to return the product at my own expense. How can they offer only a partial refund for a damaged product they sent? Why should I pay for return shipping on a defective item they shipped to me? The worst part is that they aren't based in the UK; the product ships from China, so return shipping would be very costly. This information is not clearly stated on their website. I now have to open a case with my bank as they are ignoring my emails and offering no real solutions or concern for their customers.

Just terrible customer service. Do not buy from them.
