Best weight loss pharmacy
The customer service and help during my assessment was very good. Also, I received my delivery at my home after being approved in about 18 hours. That’s incredibly fast considering I paid for the standard delivery! I will be using Pharmulous for my weight loss jabs exclusively from now on. They’re much better in every way than my previous online pharmacist.

Excellent organisation who have robust checks in place to ensure you are eligible for the medication (much more robust than other organisations). Strong communication and when I had a query about the delivery date, the phone was answered quickly and the person was able to action my request quickly. Orders are processed and dispatched very promptly as well. I would strongly recommend Pharmulous.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that your experience was impacted by a supplier stock shortage.
As soon as we became aware that your order item was unavailable from our supplier, we contacted you proactively to let you know rather than leaving you waiting for your order without an update. Throughout the process, we continued to keep you informed of the latest information we received and, when it became clear that we still did not have a confirmed restock date, we offered you several options: to wait for stock, switch to the alternative pack size that was available, or receive a full refund.
Once you advised that you had sourced your medication elsewhere, we processed the cancellation and refund promptly.
Unfortunately, supplier stock shortages are outside of our control, but we do believe in communicating openly and giving our patients regular updates so they can make informed decisions rather than being left without information.
We're sorry that, despite our efforts to keep you informed and provide alternative solutions, your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider us again in the future should stock availability improve.
