Everything was so easy
Everything was so easy. This place does exactly what it says and gets everything done so quickly and efficiently! Again everything was so easy and quick. Within no time I was at home comfortably with my pet helping my depression. Legally with no worries about anything anymore.
I must say I was hesitant at first but now I know that was a mistake to because Pettable did what they said and took care of quick! Wasn’t that expensive either!!

Got my ESA in a timely manner however my apartment complex rejected the letter. I tried to contact Pettable multiple times about getting a refund (their website and the email I received states “Full refund if you don't qualify or if the letter is denied by the landlord ”) and they were very unhelpful. Unreliable, do not recommend Michelle
I was connected to provider Michelle after purchasing a package for a letter. Michelle did not call me at the scheduled time even though I had filled out the forms. I received automated text messages prior to the call with inaccurate session times, which created confusion. There was no clear instruction. I haven't been able to reach anyone from support. I was sitting here during my session time, with submitted forms, sending messages with no response. I will be filing a chargeback report and going with another service. This has been really disappointing and a complete waste of time.

I had an excellent experience with Pettable and Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW. The entire process was clear, professional, and remarkably fast. I first learned about Pettable on Monday, signed up for the service on Tuesday, had my consultation with Kya on Thursday, and received my documentation shortly afterward. By Friday, I was already completing the animal addendum with my landlord.
Kya was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the process. She clearly explained what I needed to complete before our consultation, responded promptly, and made the entire experience straightforward and comfortable. I especially appreciated how quickly everything was handled while still feeling genuine and professional.
I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Pettable and Kya to anyone who legitimately needs help with ESA documentation.

I would write negative star if I could
I would write negative star if I could! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! The letter I received had inaccurate information regarding the laws that protect ESA animals and also did not contain the basic information needed to demonstrate my animals are ESA animals. This caused me to get a citation from my village and I had to get a lawyer to fight. I contacted the provider to ask her to redo the letter with the accurate information and she told me to zelle her money to her personal zelle to redo the letter. She did not redo the letter. I asked for a refund from Pettable and they said, their accounting system would not allow them to refund me. I paid for a service and all I got was frustration, disappointment, stress and anxiety about losing my animals, a citation and lawyer fees and they refused to just refund me my money. DO NOT TRUST Pettable, as they clearly DO NOT vette their providers.
